Good morning Gerald,Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I have investigated and although it is very unfortunate that due to the structure of our building the breakfast room is not accessible it was explained that we could set up a table and the whole table would be served together so that of course your party can all eat together. We do not like the fact that it is impossible for us to have a lift fitted but we do ensure that all parties can still eat together and this is always explained fully.
