Nice and clean hotel friendly staff loved the breakfast only thing we didn’t like was the Air conditioning unit was super loud so it was hard to sleep.

I did not like the traffic noise from my hotel room and the fact that the maintenance guy had to come to my room every night I stayed there to fix my tv.

I would rate this property as 3/5 overall. I was placed in a room that was disabled -friendly but I did not request this. Because of the drainage system in the bathroom, there is a drain in the middle of the bathroom and the shower. This created a smell within the room of excessive moisture (on the verge of moldy but not quite there yet) either from the drain or somewhere else. It also potentially is a safety concern (for those not using a wheelchair) because the entire floor is wet as there is no barrier between the shower and the external drain. The breakfast options were decent and included with your stay. Lastly, I was not anticipating the $18/night parking costs for the car rental. The staff was friendly however and were responsive to questions.

The guest service was very nice, the room was clean and beds were very clean checked beds, tub, toilet and everything before actually putting our belongings in room. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options, except the potatoes were mixed in with some veggies i don't eat but, still was good. My son loved the hot tub and couldn't stay out of it. My daughter and i put just our feet in and it helped with my feet pain after walking all day at SeaWorld on Friday April 6th. The pool side bar is really expensive but, what do you expect when down in Orlando by the theme parks, so went to target and bought 2 bottles of wine for $13 and i didn't know they had a whole liquor store inside Target lol. The hotel is very nice and convenient to restaurants, SeaWorld, and Aquatica. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a Applebee's right down the road, we dont have one anymore where we live in kingsland, Ga, a starbucks, Buffalo wild wings, dennys, ihop, gas station, cvs, and more. My kids also enjoyed the fact that the TV had Netflix so they could watch what they wanted before bed. Housekeeping did an amazing job and were so friendly. There is also security on-site 24/7 and more than just 2, 3 or 4, so that is definitely a plus. Thank you all for everything. Thank you, Amanda Kidd

I did not like the fact that they wanted to charge me for parking and a hotel that I’m staying at. I was very unhappy with that but they seem to have maybe waive the fees. They told me they would but I will see when they return my deposit, if they’ve taken it out of my deposit.

This hotel was super close to seaworld where we were at the entire day. We did not use the shuttle service since It was easier to just go and park at the park and then drive back when ready. I was not expecting a parking fee since we were staying at the hotel. You would think that if you are paying to stay at the said Hotel you would probably park at the Said Hotel but maybe that is just another way to make money on travelers.... The breakfast was nice, no fruit or Starbucks coffee it said it proudly served. Our room was nice. We were traveling with children and was disappointed that the TV did not have any kid channels other than Nickelodeon which my kids did not watch. The pool and water feature was pretty but was too cold to use in April, so the kids did not want to go in. We bring a sound machine with us everywhere we stay but you could hear our neighboring rooms as they entered and exited their rooms. I would say this is a fine place to stay when booked in advanced. Always expect hidden fees and additional charges. We were on a week long trip to FL from NC and we were expecting everything to just be way more than what we expected.

Let me start by saying I hardly ever rate any stays, but I had to with this one. I am giving it two overall stars because we did encounter a few friendly and helpful staff. However, parking was so inconvenient for the charge. There was dog poop in the hallway and cleaning staff that had to seen it, as they were working in the rooms right by it, but clearly decided to turn a blind eye. Our room was old and moldy. Only because we arrived late and were very tired; otherwise we would had taken off elsewhere. The breakfast was nothing out of this world and let’s not talk about the waffle makers… plus staff so rude and unfriendly.

Had a bad musty smell in our first room but they moved us to another floor and the new room didn’t smell as bad. Aside from that everything was fantastic. However be careful at the poolside bar, they will add tips to your orders while still having a line for gratuity and not tell you. I was already charged a few times for bill corrections, meaning they didn’t fix it, they just charged me again.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast really good and convenient. We stayed 2 nights but they did not come in to tidy the room during our stay which was a bit strange.

When booking it said no parking fee, but I was charged $20 a day! I asked for house keeping to clean room, I was told that they only clean every other day. I paid every day I was here not every other day. I bathe every day not every other day. Poor service and will not be staying here ever again! Hidden fees equals dishonesty!

From check in to check out everything was better than expected! Staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool was great! Enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Within walking distance to restaurants and Sea World.

The property was nice but it was not worth the money beware they have charges that you don't know about until you check out was told if we drank the water it was 6.00 a bottle, parking for both cars was 36.00 this is out rageous and we had to pay any incidentals we had none but was charged the 100. 00 we put up plus paying for the room never again will we stay at another Fairfield Inn

I liked that it was safe and near a lot of things so it was easy to get to a lot of things. By Uber and they had a shuttle to Disney, Seaworld, Universal, and the Outlet mall. But very limited times! So be prepared. For example. On a Saturday. The shuttle only went to Epcot once at like 10ish / 11 in the morning and then picked up at 10:30 PM. I mainly chose for the free breakfast but it was not Good at all. And VERY limited selection. Not worth it. They had oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, cereal, waffles, eggs, and spicy crumbled sausage.
