Good Morning Michelle,Thank you for contacting us. Firstly, I would like to apologise for this inconvenience. Especially because you were trying to reach us with no success. We are in the middle of new phone/internet interface installations and have been experiencing dropouts. I am so sorry for this, and that we were not aware of the duplicate charge. Rest assure that this has now being rectified and has been refunded successfully already. Please give us a call if you don't see the funds within 3-5 business days. Hi Vicky, Thank you for taking the time to post such a comprehensive review. We are currently in the process of upgrading the lighting system in both car parks surrounding the building. Bonds are a critical part of any hotel business and are required at any EVT location. ( We hold bonds not only for the use of the mini bar but also any potential damages to room.) Hope this clears up why we charge bonds. I will pass your feedback onto our food and bev manager in regards to the coffee.
