Nous avions une fenêtre près de l'autoroute. Nous avons entendu les camions toute la nuit. Accueil du soir était particulier, l'homme ne savait pas comment programmer la carte pour la chambre . Il nous a accompagner à la chambre en écoutant les vidéos sur son téléphone. Le reste du personnel était courtois. Le déjeuner était bon. Nous avons eu un bon prix, malgré tout. La piscine était propre.

Check in was a breeze, enjoyed the pool with the family before going off property for dinner near by. Room was spacious, bright and clean. Comfortable beds and convenient amenities such as a microwave and mini fridge. The hotel advised they were undergoing some renos (did not disturb our stay) and provided us with complimentary bottle waters in the room with a bag of chips. Fresh, hot breakfast the next morning and lovely staff.

Best Holiday Inn stay ever. Great, friendly, helpful, smiling staff. I loved that. The beds were very very comfortable and the view was nice too. If in Brockbville this is the only place to stay.

Room was in need of a refresh- chair and ottoman worn out, carpet had some stains. I did see a notice they are working on an update though. Air con/heater was very noisy every time it kicked in and if they book you in a room at the end of the hotel near the 401 I'd ask to be moved- the traffic can be heard all night (unless the air con drowns it out which isn't an improvement)

Nice hotel but it took about 45 mins to check in. Went to uss the gym and some machines were broken and no weights. Room was perfecr though.
