We are glad you found the bed in your room comfortable and kitchen & bathroom were clean.Sorry about the slight odour in the room; this may have been from food from a previous guest. Mineral water always has the minerals in suspension and it is possible this is what you were seeing; alternatively, it could have been sediment that had come into the pool from the bore.Thanks for staying at the Cleveland.

Hi NicoleIt is regret that we read your feedback. We are so sorry you did not have a pleasant stay at the Cleveland. There has been a complete change of both our management and housekeeping teams since January 15 and we are slowly lifting our standards back to where they were for so many years. We have also completely renovated kitchens in 5 of our 2 bedroom apartments, regrouted bathroom tiles, polished shower glass and so on. As this was a long weekend and sports teams inhouse also the noise was cut off before 10pm as per our rules.i am sorry you did not come and see us as i would have moved you out the front even though you did not want to be there either.

HelloWe have never had such a poor review.They are usually glowing and our Guests enjoy their stay very much and return.That is what the Cleveland is all about.As for services they are always done on the Rooms unless the no Service sign is up and every day your no service sign was up.We also did check as well and you came to us late every day after staff had finished to ask for a service .Once was at 9.30pm at night for a service which management accommodated and sorted straight away.We were helpful & gracious at all times and do not deserve a review as such.But thank you for staying with us & wish you well.
