깨끗하고 안락한 시설, 시내와 20분거리의 숙소
숙소상태는 굉장히 청결하고, 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 편안힌 침대와 깔끔한 주방시설, 쾌적한 욕실을 갖추고 있죠. 호텔 매니저 역시 친절한 응대를 해줍니다. 필요한 사항에 대해서 요청받은 사항을 수행해주며, 가령 공항 이동편을 예약해주거나, 시티 맵및 안내를 간략히 도와줍니다. 다만 처치 시내 중심부랑 매우 멉니다. 리스타트몰 과의 거리는 도보로 대략 2,30분정도입니다. 물론 굳이 시내에 가봤자 딱히 볼 거리는 없기때문에, 숙소 근처 산책을 하고 쉬시는걸 추천합니다.

Got there with family at 6.30pm, They have people living in this hotel that don’t have homes, so emergency housing….sitting outside ruff as… not what you want you kids o partner to see he. Your spec ting a nice hotel. There were kids on scooter and running around outside rooms and quality. Not what was advertised online. Disappointed and had to go find new accommodation at 6.30 at night. Have stayed in these kind of set ups before and had people coming and goin all hours of the night… dodgy

Quick check in, no problems at all. She gave me a map of the area and showed me a few attractions that were close by. Motel is close to many restaurants and night life is only a short distance away. Will definitely be back.

If the description of this hotel had been correct I never would have booked in here No Restaurant s Bars or lounges- no bar licence at all Free toiletries- not individual- refills No newspaper Full sized fridge freezer was s bar fridge Cleanliness rather dodgy. Mould in bathroom. Under sink where hair dryer was smelly and rank. I was in an end unit and could hear a pump going on/off all night and the next morning VIP Silver mentions 1 Free beverage $10 food & Beverage credit. Turns out because they don’t have a bar or restaurant as mentioned it’s a can of coke and 2 pieces of toast

We stayed here while travelling the south island. The one bedroom unit was far superior to the studio, it was open and roomy in the living/dining area with 2 comfortable lazy boy chairs. The beds were comfortable and the unit we were given was further back from the street front so we had a nice quiet night without noise from traffic or neighbouring rooms.

We had booked a one bedroom unit as were traveling with a child. When we arrived we were given an all in one studio room with nothing said, we went back to reception to say we had specifically booked there because we wanted a one bedroom unit and were told there had been a mistake and someone else had been given our room. They said sorry but they couldnt do anything as they were booked out, the gave us $30 back which equated to $10 off the price of the studio room that we didnt want. We had prepaid using expedia points and card so cancelling and going elsewhere was too difficult. Otherwise the studio room was clean and adequate. The matress was quite firm. The staff were friendly. The VIP beverage voucher was for a can of fizzy drink from reception. If i wanted to stay in a studio room, i would probably stay here again

Unfortunately we were relocated from this place before we could stay. The staff was friendly and we understood the situation (although not ideal for us) and they did relocate us which was nice however I am not sure where we got located was the same quality as what I had booked (although similar price). We were also meant to get VIP service here which we certainly didn't feel like we got by being relocated nor at the new place.
