First experience I had was a bunch of public haircuts on restroom floor and bath tub and then the room service lady knocked one time and opened the door while we were all sleeping.

Our room wasn’t clean we found pills on the floor (which was very upsetting because I have toddlers). Beds had hair on them along with the towels. I just don’t feel like the liens & towels are being cleaned properly. We were moved to another room that had a “share door” I guess is what it’s called the people next door kept opening the door on their side and pressing on the door to see if ours was possibly unlocked! My overall stay just wasn’t the best unfortunately! My family and I were woken up by other customers standing outside our door as early as 5 in the morning.

The hot water in the shower did not work but the sink hot water worked which we told them and I work in the oil field and I couldn’t take a shower cause all the other rooms where full and they wouldn’t even give my money back

The room had ominous stains on the molding... large ones at that! The towels we clean but staimed so was the shower curtain. When i turned on the shower a bunch of rust came out. When I arrived no one was up from so i waited about half an hour for someone to finally show up! No apology jusy an annoyed look. She kept my ID wich in my half asleep state swore i had in my wallet when i doublechecked and when i checked out the next day wich took another 20 minutes she didn't give me my ID then either... i had to drive bach and pick it up

I didn't like have to pay a 100.00 dollars up front for a deposit.

Whatever staff member that was working the morning the 19th was VERY rude when i was checking out… she was demanding that she was going to keep my deposit without even telling me why. I had to ask multiple times politely while she kept giving attitude to explain to me why she was going to keep my deposit. She claimed that my girlfriend was smoking in the room and that the whole room smelled like cigarettes and smoke. Mind you none of us smoke cigarettes. When I went to question my girlfriend about it she stated the staff member walked in the room WITHOUT knocking and saw my girlfriend blow a small amount of smoke out her nose. My girlfriend has a small vape pen. If she wanted to keep the deposit for that small amount of smoke and it violates policy that’s fine, but for her to create a whole lie about the room smelling completely like cigarettes and to be that rude for no reason at all was very unprofessional.

I would like to apologize for my front desk staff being rude and not explaining the reason for keeping the incidental deposit. We were short staffed and she was attending to breakfast also, but that is no excuse to be rude to a guest.Our policy is no smoking or vaping in the rooms. I will train all front desk agents on the correct way of approaching a guest on this type of situation. The sheets were stained with blood and some kind of liquid and blood stain on the floor by bed. Unable to get clean sheets to sleep on bed. Was not able to sleep on bed. Very unconvenence. Management was uncooperative irritated for me asking to have new sheets.

A pleasant surprise!
The lobby was clean and pleasant. Check in was a breeze. The person who checked me in was very friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & had all the amenities you need. Best of all was the blackout shades on the windows! Absolutely no light came through! Breakfast the next morning was more than I expected. We will defiantly stay here next year on our way to the valley!

Worst LaQuinta I’ve ever stayed in.
All the bed linen had stains and hair on them, pillows are nasty with stains, mattress cover had stains and hair, mattress is nasty and covered with stains. TV remote was broken and barely worked, could not get half the tv channels, a white line across top of tv picture. Phone in room was broken and falling apart. The roll up office chair was rusty and caked with dirt and debris at bottom of armrests. Light fixtures are rusted. Bath linen stained up. Kick plate at bottom of tub falling off. Toilet not properly secured to floor and wobbles back and forth. Smoke detector chirping at 1:30 AM. Killed several roaches. Hot water is warm, not hot, between 95 degrees and 100 degrees at best. Definitely not at the 110 degrees needed for sanitation. Weather stripping at entry door needs to be replaced. Floors were dirty Refrigerator was not stable and very wobbly, had to turn it almost all the way up to keep drinks cold. Probably the worst LaQuinta I have ever stayed in. If my payment through Hotel.com had not been a Non-refundable payment, I would went to a different hotel.
