Not a nice area didn't feel safe to walk around at night.Had dinner in hotel bar because did want to venture outside it was loud and rough very ordinary pizza. Doors open and strange types walking past on stopping and standing staring at 2 ladies dinning making all feel very uncomfortable. Rooms are very dated tv /fridge cabinet covered in mould inside the door plus door falling off.Alot of noise from the bar and street during the night sirens.

Great place to stay. Big spacious room and closet space. Food and bar are great. Convenient location close to food, shopping and water front. Loved my stay here.

First night was very noisy, marks on bed cover, tap dripped in bath room, rusty sink hole. Cleaner was sitting on vacuum outside our room waiting to clean it the following morning. Didnt leave any toilet paper. We had to go to reception yo ask for some. The hotel part we asked for drinks cocktail was terrible and bar staff had to get someone else to make it. Asked for gin and tonic and got gin and soda. Over all very average experience. I guess you pay for what you get

Room a bit average , is old and tired is quite noisy at night. Wifi is pretty much non existence even though we were connected to it it never worked, you get what you pay for was reasonably priced considering is walking distnac to the city centre and train station. Bathroom was dirty. Had hair in bathtub and drain. Music from surrounding buildings went on most of the night.

Old and a little run down worst part was being able to hear the people next to us use the bathroom and the sirens and noise from outside. Fire alarm going off at 2am just topped it all off. Won't be staying here again wasn't the best experience

The accommodation is a bit run down. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The restaurant was lovely and the bar too. Overall the accommodation was average but you get what you paid for I guess.

Our room was nice, bed was so comfortable and big. Our bed was made everyday but the room was never cleaned. The benchtops were never cleaned, stains from coffee cups and wine glasses from day 1 were still there by day 5

I stayed at the Seasons of Perth hotel for 7 nights in August 2023. The hotel is located in a central location in Perth, close to many tourist attractions. However, I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel building is over 50 years old and it shows. The rooms are small and cramped, and the furniture is old and dated. The walls are thin and you can hear noise from other rooms. The housekeeping was also very poor. On the second day of my stay, housekeeping failed to close my door after cleaning my room. I went to reception to tell me how long my door was left open. They were not interested in helping me. The mattress in my room was also very old and uncomfortable. The springs were poking through the mattress and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The most outrageous thing was that the curtains and windows in my room would not shut properly. This meant that street noise and light poured into the room at night, making it very difficult to sleep. I contacted four government departments in Western Australia to determine who monitors minimum standards for hotels. However, none of the departments have a regulatory requirement to monitor, inspect, or enforce any standards. I would not recommend staying at the Seasons of Perth hotel. The hotel is old and outdated, the housekeeping is poor, and the rooms are uncomfortable. I would suggest staying at a different hotel in Perth. I will be contacting Expedia to seek some sort of response and refund.

I am not someone who normally gives bad reviews but this was beyond my tolerance. Hotel Convenient to city centre but overall a terrible stay. Music very loud !!! Coming from night club -maddening till after 1am. Started about 10pm - to lake to seek alternative accommodation. No sleep!!!. When we mentioned it on check out the reception said” well it was the club very busy”. No apology just justification for noise level. The least they could do is let us know beforehand so we had the choice to state somewhere else. Total disregard. Tired of people taking our money with no scruples!

The TV in the room was not working and so were the outlets to charge the phones. Night lights on the bed side table didn’t work for one end. The staff that we were greeted by weren’t professional and I was told to be faster when I was reading the terms and conditions of the hotel. There was food out in the hallway that left for 2 days even when room service was getting done in the morning but it was ignored by staff. The keycard wouldn’t function properly for some guests and myself and the staff at the front desk would get annoyed by the requests of new one.

Our stay started on a bright note with the very helpful and friendly service at check-in. And it was the same at check-out too. The room was spacious and clean, the facilities were very good and the ambience was fine. Our room was overlooking a busy road, however, so it was not possible to enjoy sitting on the balcony or have that door open. But there was no noise problem in the room because of a clever system of 2 overlapping glass doors. So we enjoyed our stay and would happily do it again - but have to choose a different room (at maybe a different price).

If you enjoy mould around the shower, carpet visibly dirty, shower head breaking off mid shower and hitting you in the head, terribly uncomfortable springs in mattress, basin taps which drip all night, aircon which sounds like a truck and curtains which are too small for windows so bright lights come in all night, then this is the place for you! According to the Manager (Nimrod?he mumbled it so quickly I couldn’t make it out twice) we are the only people to ever complain about this room so I’m sure others will be more than happy to pay for these features. We’ve stayed here many times before but apparently we’ve had refurbished rooms and we didn’t realise that not choosing a ‘Superior’ room means getting one that’s not refurbished and contains all aforementioned features. How silly of us not to know that we chose this! Apparently we could have complained earlier (we were at a function till late in evening and didn’t see our room until then and there’s nobody at desk to complain to) and they would have given us a much better room! It’s nice to know that there were better refurbished rooms available but they chose to put us in this hideous room. But I can’t blame Management as apparently he has no idea what state the rooms are in, it’s our responsibility to report them. I’m still waiting for Management to call me back regarding my complaint (11 days now) as apparently Manager there cannot do anything about it, nor does he care to. I suggest stay ANYWHERE else! Tent, car etc
