The property was ok. The room needed some warm bedding and lighting and updated furniture. The desk lamp was not up to date. There was peeling wall paper from where a print had removed. The bathroom needed a much better fan to clean the moisture of water from the shower. The was what looked like mold on the ceiling and on the rim of the interior shower. The bathroom towels were a bit thin as well. The power went out twice during our time there and the phone was not connected to the office. There were no emergency system to let you know about the power outage. The person who cleaned the rooms was very nice and when I encountered this person was very helpful.

I stayed here while my husband had lung transplant surgery until we could get into extended stay accommodations. It was great for crashing after spending the day at the hospital. Staff was accommodating when I had to extend my stay.

Propert is easy to find. Parking onsite is nice, property is clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Room is clean, the dryer in the bathroom didnt work though. Not a huge deal. Will stay there again.

It’s clean. Everything you need. But don’t even think to check in a five minutes earlier. Nobody is available. Nobody ever answers the phone. And the facet was not working properly in my room. But if I have to get place for one night, I’ll take it again

I had an early reason to be at Kaiser, this place was perfect. It is hard to give 5 stars for a 3 star motel but the rooms were nice, the large bed was comfortable, having a microwave and refrigerator was great. And free parking!! You cannot blame the noise on Geary to the management of this motel. I highly recommend this place.

It's a neighborhood I'm very familiar with. There are many good restaurants and public transportation is easy and quick. The check-in was difficult. It took 3 tries for the clerk to create a key that would open the door. The wifi was so weak it was impossible to download any information. I had to go to the library to get anything done. When I complained, the clerk kept saying "my wifi is working." That was no help. Finally she said "my husband will be back later and he will fix it." No, he didn't.

Good roadside motel with helpful staff. The WiFi however has not very usable. This was important for me due to my circumstances and so I will not be returning.

staff was absolutely amazing - the motel definitely needs some updates and TLC but it has easy parking (however first come first serve) and is easy to find and in a convenient location. With a few updates this motel would be perfect :)

Positive: Comfortable bed, no bed bugs, parking at hotel provided, very quiet. Very good maid service - maid does good job cleaning room except for mold in shower. Negative: mold in shower, hole fist size (!) in bathroom wall, property definitely run down and not maintained except for good maid service.

This motel is ideal for what it is. It is right in the middle of the Richmond District and is right on Geary Bd. There is off-street parking, which is labelled as "first come, first served." I did not have a problem, but I went on a weeknight in January. There are clearly fewer spots than rooms. If you need a place to stay in that part of San Francisco, this place is just right. That said, it is not luxurious or fancy. It is a motel with clean rooms and well located for that part of the City.

Decent hotel for stay between GG Park and Presidio. Very convenient for visit to DeYoung and Legion of Honor museums. Lots of great restaurants around. Room was well equipped with fridge, microwave, and HVAC. Room was kept very clean. Parking was iffy.

Room has items in need of repair, I'm sure they're aware of. Outside of that, my brief stay was fine from check-in with a charming young lady, until checking out with the same. It was a perfect location for the plans we had.

If you are working close to Golden Gate Park this is a perfect place to crash for the evening. Its hard to find places with free decent parking in SF and this is def your best bet price wise if you are in the area. Highly recommended vs staying at either decrypt spots downtown or overly expensive luxury hotels. This is your sweet spot of comfort and price and the staff is very nice too!
