I do apologize for any issues you had with the keys cards. When you check in, we make keys for the amount of days that you stay. I'm not sure why the clerk would have said that we were having issues with a brand new machine, because we haven't had issues. If you put the keys near anything magnetic, it can wipe the keys clean. I hope you try us again!

The company who sells the machine was shut down for the holiday. We let guests into the rooms so that we wouldn't have to shut down the hotel. Thank you for the feedback. Yes our pool was down due to us repairing the heater so that it would be warm and not ice cold. I do apologize about the room and have talked with the housekeepers about the issue. I am pleased to hear that the breakfast had lots of choices and that the area was safe. I do apologize that the soap is on back order. We have ordered from another company. I apologize about the gentleman in the breakfast area and will talk with staff about him. I also would like to apologize about the common areas smell. This has been taken care of.

I do apologize that the pool was cold. Our pool heater broke and we are waiting on the parts to come in. The pool should have been closed.
