Very nice condo. Beach is not very sandy - more rocks but great water colors. Everything was nice - room was spacious and with a great balcony. Very safe and easy to walk to Kimptons. The only issue was the pool. Invariably the pool was dirty and was not cleaned as often as it is in any other resort.

The property was right on the beach with ample chairs and tables. It also had a nice pool and Miss Claudette was an outstanding host. Beach entry was a bit rocker than parts further south, but that meant we could see some outstanding fish without having to travel. I’d love to head back there.

The Aqua Bay is in west bay area which is less crowded. The facility was beautiful. We were often the only family on that section of beach. The water is clear and lots of great snorkling. Near stores and restaurants.

Our condo was spacious with modern decor, very clean, hot water, good water pressure, fully equiped kitchen, no bugs, but plenty of birds and lizards (outside)! Pool was fabulous and the beach had excellent snorkeling! Claudette and Clarissa were very friendly and helpful!

Location was excellent- close enough to grocery store to walk. Restaurants were pretty far but public busses are cheap and plentiful. The condo was clean but could use a bathroom update. Kitchen was great- had everything we needed. All staff were awesome.

Property is located North of the busier section of Seven Mile Beach. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, yet far enough to find peace and tranquility. Beautiful beach and excellent snorkeling. Views were amazing. Probably not the best place if you are looking for waves or shells (more rocky than I expected).

Aqua Bay was idyllic. Our condo had an incredible view of the beach and the pool area and was roomy and gorgeously outfitted. But there were some annoyingly inconvenient maintenance issues ( ie: flood in the kitchen due to broken sink hose necessitating a plumber visit . We had to deal with moping up the flooded floor ourselves and could not use the kitchen for two days and the whole idea of having s condo is so you can save some money by not eating out all the time, which is pricey on the Island. Also , living room tv not working until our last day due to defective tv remote. There was a broken door chain that s maintenance man had to come fix. At these prices, everything should have worked perfectly .

perfect yet terrible
The property was great. Private, quiet and well maintained. Unit 18 owner has a Nest a/c control system that he jacks the air up to 77deg at 2:30am. Woke up sweating as the master is in the front of the unit with the least amount of air. Amazing someone thinks they have the right to control air temp in a rental apt. We were on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately all 4 women on the 1st floor smoked on their patio which blew up to ours. Other than smokers and a/c the place is perfect. Unfortunately I need air at 72 to sleep and my wife cant stand 2nd hand smoke so we will stay somewhere else next year

Had you alerted us to the smokers, we could have dealt with them in a timely manner, but instead, you let the problem persist for 3 days before even mentioning it to our staff. With regards to the AC, we rely on guests to let us know about maintenance issues - this problem also could have been rectified immediately by our maintenance team had we known. We're sorry this impacted your stay.

Property was in a great location without being in downtown location. Close to grocery store & several excellent restaurants. Bus system was easy & convenient to use until later in the evening. Friendly staff & very clean. Nice beach & pool areas with hot tub. Well stocked condo. .Kept our showers short since hot water seemed to dwindle.

This is a condo for those doing their own coking and entertaining themselves. Prime beachfront location, good swimming and fair snorkling right in front! Very clean, front desk with Clarissa was most helpful. Quiet and relaxing. Condo had all we needed. First class!

We went during the low season and had a ground floor condo that was well appointed. We had a little issue with cooling but they fixed it immediately. You’re just steps from the beach and crystal blue waters with plenty of snorkeling to be done. The beach was quiet and peaceful and no worries in letting our kids play on the beach (unlike 7 Mile Beach where you there is a lot of water traffic). There’s a grocery and liquor store less than a half mile away and many restaurants nearby. The perfect quiet hide-away. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing view, space, and location!
Aqua Bay was an amazing place to stay. The beauty of looking out over the ocean every day was exquisite. The space of two bedrooms plus kitchen was more than we expected and perfect for a family. We all had space when needed and able to do some relaxed meals at the condo. Free parking and daily room service helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Location is close to everything!

We loved our stay at Aqua Bay Club! The condo was spacious for our group of five people. All condos have a spectacular view of the ocean. The beach was amazing! The condo complex was quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves. Great snorkeling within walking distance at Cemetery Beach. Aqua Bay Club is a also short drive to many great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

This condo was beautifully decorated amd maintained and the grounds were immaculate. The view of the beach from our room was stunning. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Lots of lounge chairs by both the pool and beach to sit at. The location was another plus. Far enough from all the tourists, close to all activities. I simply cant say enough wonderful things. I highly recommend this property.

I loved how the condo was right on the beach but our bedrooms were in the front so we could not see or hear the ocean. The couch in our condo was a pull out and could not be used unless you wanted to sit on a medal bar. The beds were incredible comfortable. The beach was gorgeous but there were so many large pieces of rock and coral that you had to walk down 3 resorts to get in the water without injuring yourself. If you stay here, bring your open snorkel gear or buy it when you get here, like I had too. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, condo and people
Cant wait to go back, the location was perfect for a family as it was quiet yet close to the food store and plenty of authentic restaurants. We were there for diving and everybody knew the conods which mad it easy for pickup.

Lovely property with beautiful quiet beach. Away from the hustle of seven mile beach. We were in unit 17 3rd Floor. This was a scuba diving trip for us so it was really nice starting and ending our days here. Lovely modern island feel -remodeled large condo with a spectacular view. We dove with Indigo Divers great small group 6 diver max boats. Foster's Food Faire is very nearby pick up hot/cold meals and groceries anything you want is there!

Fantastic Rooms, Fantastic Location
We were warmly greeted upon our arrival, and made to feel truly welcome. The room was absolutely fantastic, from the decor to the beds to the kitchen and living area. Great decor and comfy beds, clean and very well furnished! The location (RIGHT on the beach toward the non-touristy end) was wonderful, with lots of good restaurants within easy driving distance. The view was spectacular and we will be back (hopefully VERY soon!)

Wonderful condo!
Aqua Bay condos was fantastic! we were looking for something that was NOT in the middle of 7 mile beach, yet was relatively close to places we wanted to see. (we have previously stayed at Rum Point and East End). Aqua Bay was that place! there are only 21 condos so the place is cozy and not overwhelming. all condos have a screened in porch with ocean view and plenty of amenities. the snorkeling off the beach was great - and we were 500 steps from Cemetery reef! Claudette the manager was great with dinner recommendations and advice. Housekeeping was wonderful. we definitely will stay here again!! thank you!!!

Nice condo and beach.
Nice condo, pool, and beach. Great location away from the crowds. Also good snorkeling off the beach. Cemetery beach and reef are just a 5 minute walk down the beach.

Beautiful small condo complex right on the beach
Great place, beautiful condos. Very family-friendly. Right on northern end of 7-mile beach, away from the big resorts and crowds. Beach is narrow, but beautiful and it's a short walk to Cemetery Beach and Cemetery Reef for more space and great snorkeling. Staff is friendly and helpful, facility is very well maintained and beautiful. Limited amenities but a great fully-equipped condo. They have a nice, small pool and free laundry, but don't expect on-site food/drinks, etc.

Quiet, small "hotel" with a beautiful view.
I will start off by saying aside from the amazing view Claudette, Aqua Bay Club's manager is the heart of this "resort". We loved being so close to the beach and pool. We had a pretty major issue when our air conditioner went out. Thank goodness we were there in their off season and were able to switch condos. Claudette even allowed us to choose between the units that were available. Of course no one wants to relocate while on vacation but staying in a hot room would have been torture. We were so happy to be able to change rooms and be cool. Keep in mind this hotel is only 3 floors high but there are no elevators. This was our first time to Grand Cayman and even with our a/c issue we would return in a heartbeat. Our biggest complaint which is no fault of Aqua Bay Club was a certain rooster who for some reason was the only "one" who was not on island time. He had a wake up call at 4 a.m. We laughed when we found out they have sound machines in most master bedrooms to drown out his crow.

Wonderful place steps from the beach.
From the moment we were greeted by Claudette, to our first view of the sea from our porch, through our full week stay on the island, this was a perfect experience. The location couldn't have been better. It was secluded and quiet, yet still close to all the action of Seven Mile Beach. We rented a car and explored the entire island, always coming home to this wonderful place. It was an ideal location for us as a family with two young children who could play in the sand, swim in the sea or the pool, and still be steps away from our condo for a snack or nap. All around, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman.

Wet nice, steps from beach
Waves are very relaxing from all balconies. We hated to leave. Def coming back.
