Hello Christopher, our sincere apologies for the negative experience at the hotel. With the hospital expansion next door it can block a bit of the view yet you are still able to see the mountain on the background, the wonderful trails as people ski down. Hello, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are surprised to hear about the issues with the soap, it is very strange that no soap was provided to you during your stay. There is plenty of soap through out the entire hotel as well as the front desk to give out. Our front desk staff is very knowledgeable and familiar with the town and activities happening around, again it is very strange that you could not get any concierge service. We will make sure all staff is well trained to avoid any issues like this in the future.
