Albergo grande e ben arredato (camera premium). Ottima colazione molto variegata ed abbondante. Uniche pecche : mancanza di frigo in camera , insonorizzazione assente e difficoltà a parcheggiare la sera.

Great location, about 40 min walk to the main strip of the whole island. Many shops/bars/dining options close by. Room seemed much smaller than advertised... Could have used a mini fridge and not too fancy for the price but still the cheapest hotel i found in Ibiza. The food was mediocre at best. I don't get the hype with spanish food. Even though i paid exta for all inclusive the boos were limited with them only offering certain drinks while the others were there but they charge extra for them. We saw a great gymnastic show one night but other than that the promoters weren't as friendly or fun as I'd hoped. Just a mellow atmosphere and not as crazy as i expected or wanted to be. The cleaners are friendly and excellent. I would stay here again if I came back to Ibiza since I wouldn't expect much different from other hotels.

We had a fab time in Ibiza, the hotel was very clean, rooms basic and quite small we had 3 of us in one room but have everything you’re looking for. The staff were very friendly we had a slight issue with the air con but we said to reception and the maintenance man fixed the issue no bother at all. We had bed and breakfast but one of the days we were staying at the pool so we just upgraded to all inclusive for the day as it was well worth the little extra. The taxi rank is just at the bottom of the street so it’s perfect for getting into the west end if that’s what you’re after. There were 8 of us at the hotel for a hen & we would stay again.

Rooms clean, free safe in room, modern with free toiletries. Walls were thin so you could hear neighbours. Balcony overlooking pool had nice sea view which was somewhat spoilt by a crane (but nothing hotel can do about that). You get what you pay for and this was a good quality 3 star hotel you want better pay for 4 star plus.

Overall satisfying, great view
The bedroom was quite small but big enough for one person and the balcony had a beautiful view over the bay so amazing sunsets every night. The pools are nice and with lots of beds - no cushions though which is a big no for me. Also the banging low quality music every day from morning was a bit annoying, but the windows are thick enough to keep the music out. It said "adult only" when I booked but many guests were children so not sure whether they advertise "adults only" only on some broker websites and not others. Obviously very misleading but at least none of the children were too noisy. Great selection for brakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff. Tiny parking - you will likely have to park outside in peak season, but there's enough space within walking distance.

The hotel's website accepted and confirmed my booking without giving me any chance to pay. Later I received an email cancelling the booking without giving any explanation or offering any means of redress. I emailed asking for the booking to be upheld, and to tell me how I could pay for it. That email was ignored. Unable to wait or to be messed about any more, I booked through hotels.com. I've never stayed in a hotel which was more bare and spartan. The breakfast room had all the ambience of a works canteen, with tables crammed in far too close together (see photo). There was no muesli. When I went back to my room after breakfast, I hung the "Non Molestar" sign on the door (see photo). Soon afterwards the chambermaid knocked on the door wanting to know whether she could clean the room. When I said "NO!", pointing to the "Do Not Disturb" sign, she said "later, or tomorrow?". I said "later, but NOT when I'm in it!". Very unsettling. The hotel reception persistently refused to tell me the times of the buses to the airport. I got the times easily from a friendly and helpful receptionist at the Playa Bella Apartments nearby, where I wished I'd stayed because it had much better pools, located right on the beach unlike the Playa do sol Riviera's which are surrounded on three sides by buildings (see photo). 20 Euros deposit was charged by the hotel reception for the loan of a beach towel, an extortionate and hostile amount for something costing about 5 Euros to replace.
