The issues of this property are NOT the fault of the single employee on site when we arrived. She was patient, polite, and a good communicator. However it is clear that the management and ownership is terrible. No one was present to check us in bc the solo employee was dealing with a guest issue. We waited 15 minutes with other guests and we couldn’t find an employee anywhere on the ground floor. We were knocking on doors and calling corporate for help.
Finally someone came to check guests in.
The room was clean. The tv and remote barely functioned. The lights all flicker. And you practically need a ladder to climb up into the beds.
What a horrible hotel! I feel bad for anyone who works at this place or for anyone who books a room here. $149 or per night? What are you kidding???
