Nice, clean and comfortable
I had an air conditioned room which was to a high standard, clean and comfortable. The location is good for trips to Old Goa but is a long way from the beaches. Only downside to the hotel was the WiFi which is almost non-existent.

Goa - Hotel Manvin's Panjim
Hotel is very good. The staffs are very helpful. room is clean and neat. Location is very near to Immaculate church. Hotel condition is excellent. Many positive things not coming to mind right. I will 10/10 rating.

Try for somewhere else
Whilst centrally located and with some lovely views I think you'd be better served going to a different hotel. For only a little bit more you can stay across the park in a slightly smaller room with a worse view at Hotel Aroma were the hotel service and facilities are much better.

Budget hotel in Panaji
Stayed there for 5 nights this chirstmas with my family. The place is close to the city centers like bus stand,shopping areas . Decent place to stay with family, ambience is good, staff are friendly.

A good place to stay but no car parking
The hotel is in the heart of Panaji, very close to river Mandovi. There are many excellent eating joints very close to the hotel and just within a 5 minutes walking distance. Taxi/bus/boat cruise is all within sight of the hotel. People are very honest and staff is good and nice to deal with. The hotel occupies the top two floors of a residential complex. The main draw back is that it does not have a car parking facility. So you have to find parking space on the street outside. This is a mistake of Expedia which misleads customers that the hotel has parking facility. But if you arrive by bus or train and have no worries about a car, then this is one of the better hotels to stay at a budget price, though during Christmas/New Year it was over priced by at least 4 to 5 times. Overall a good budget hotel where you can stay with your family.

bad service and attitude
right from addressing your customer to the payment of the last bill, everthing was forgetful. i was a very very bad experience , the hotel is no were what it looks on the website. it was like their are doing us a favour by providing hotel room as if for free., i think this should be enough... sleeping in your van itself would be a better idea.

Hotel is near to river & for Veg Kamath is near.
Not sufficient details are provided by Expedia Executive. Non AC was booked. Even after request the change in hotel was not given. Expedia is not satisfactory. Stay in hotel: ambience is not good. Non veg smell was filled in veranda. Breakfast and dinner is not good.

one of the hotel i ever seen in my life. if we just 100 yards away from this place, you can see very beautiful and comfortable hotels with the same budget. by looking to the photographs i made a mistake.

Hotel location is fine but greatest problem is mis-behaviour of staffs. Other than that wi-fi is also a great problem in the hotel.Room conditions are not upto the price mark.

Hospitality experienced with the staff starting from security to the in charge manager was bad; they don't know how to welcome the customers and are very rude! The room attenders showed better hospitality than the manager! Room condition is good, worth for the room rent paid.

the hotel condition was very bad..especially the cleanliness..they offered us complimentary breakfast which was pathetic..the rooms are low in hygiene and the a/cs do not work properly.. all in all a very bad expierience

Had to spend a night so it was ok...but didn't like it at all as the room details mentioned on the website consisted of Internet services, refrigerator etc but were actually not found in the room though the payments were done as per the charges for rooms containing these amenities. Bathroom needs a lot of improvement, not worth the amount paid.

Slept well - and that's it
Very basic, plain and a bit worn out Indian hotel high up in a large building, nice view, nice staff, good location near city center. Url description is a bit more positive than we found irl, e g the fridge is in the reception and so, but they do have Slice and more in it. Why not go there and see a room before deciding. You'll get at maximum what you pay for, but you may still be happy if you dont expect more. We do feel the rating should be changed to one star to avoid disappointments. We stayed in also 3 star Mandovi the previous night and the overall difference to that hotel is very great.

I have stayed in all sorts of places all around the world. this is an ok hotel. disapointed the wi-fi didnt work and i had to frequent the street 5 levels below for a free wi-fi coverage. nothing that stood out as bad, for value for money below average. but thank you for stay

BAD EXPERIENCE DURING STAY AT GOA
As you are aware, we had booked 4 double bed rooms for our stay from 10/03/2012 to 13/03/2012. Our arrival time was very well confirmed that, the flight reaches Goa on 10/03/2012 at 6.00 a.m. We regret to inform that, we were denied giving of accommodation on our arrival and we were asked to wait till 11.00 a.m. i.e. their check-out time, as no rooms were vacant. The person sitting at the reception was so arrogant and refused to make any arrangement. Though, we had paid full room rent charges in advance, we were put to lot of inconvenience. This hotel is very badly managed and we never suggest any body to stay in this hotel. Before our departure, we had discussed with Mr. Vyas of this Hotel over phone and though mail and he was very courteous and replied our queries. Unfortunately we could not contact him at Goa, though we have enquired about him several times at the counter.

Should say one of the horrible hotel stay I ever had! The hotel is rated as 3 star and I am hugely surprised how did the hotel able to achieve this status. The rooms were small and the beddings were really dirty. Lot of stains on the bed sheets but hotel staff refused to change the bed sheet mentioning they don't have keys to the bedding room. Room was very dirty and toilet was horrible. Air conditioning was not in good condition and made lot of noise due to which I had to switch it off at night. Mini bar in the room wasn't working and there was nothing in it. Lot of stains on the wall and the window to the road side was left open with out any latches. No lifts to the floor we resided and had to climb a floor to get access to the lifts. Corridors were dirty and full of stains. Did regret booking this hotel all through the holiday and I don't recommend this hotel to any one.

Go Elsewhere Poor
Manvins rates itself as a 3 star hotel but its barely above hostel standard. Traffic noise is a problem as is general noise at the hotel. Quality of rooms and bathrooms is poor with very poor bedding even though they claim it is of the highest standard. They claim that the hotel has recently had a major overhaul in fact this is still ongoing and amounts to no more than a lick of paint. If it was a third of the price it would just be acceptable but at the price its best left well alone.
