Alojamiento muy bueno y muy cerca de varias calas, con muchas opciones de restauración alrededor y también de tiendas. En octubre no es demasiado complicado aparcar por los alrededores.

The hotel is really well located for the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Staff are all helpful (the activity organiser works especially hard) and the property is kept in good condition and clean. The pools are also great for young children. The only negative is as other guests have said, there is no sound proofing in the rooms and so you can easily hear your noisy neighbours, the bins being collected or the evening entertainment (wherever your room may be), although the entertainment does stop reasonably early. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Cala D’Or and so would recommend

Good hotel and excellent food choice. Great location and hotel surroundings well kept. Far too crowded around the pool and no chance of a sunbed with people reserving with towels which is a shame. Overall we had a great stay - thank you!

Superbra familjehotell!
Helt fantastiskt hotell för barnfamiljer! Vi var här med våra barn på 1 och 2 år. Väldigt bra anpassat för barnfamiljer med poolområden, matställen osv. Väldigt bra kvalitet på maten och kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotel. Ligger väldigt centralt och med kort gångavstånd till centrum och flera olika stränder. Något minus var städningen på rummet, den kunde varit lite bättre. Samt att värmen funkade inte på vårt rum så det var väldigt kallt och rått, vi fick stänga av fläkten helt till slut för det va nere på 16 grader. Men som helhet är detta ett fantastiskt hotell vi gärna kommer tillbaka till. ☀️☀️☀️☀️

A great property, located right next to Cala Gran (3 minute walking distance! Our room was spacious and clean, and it even came with kitchen utensils if needed. The property is huge and is beautifully maintained. We loved how close it was to the downtown area with many food options, and how it was even closer to the water. The staff was also wonderful and generous. They welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, and assisted us with our many needs!

Hotel pas au niveau d’un hotel 5 etoiles. La chambre et les parties communes manquaient grandement de propreté. Les meubles et l’etat de la chambre n’etaient pas propres et il y avait des traces de moisissures au plafond et des taches au sol. La nourriture etait tres moyenne et sans diversité

Poor standard
Stayed here for 10 days. Room is "cleaned" every day, but far from good enough. Floors are dirty even after cleaning, as visible under the feets. Bathroom only swiftly cleaned, toilet smells urine. Had to buy our own cleaning chemicals. Room is weary with loose parts. Bathroom is in need of renovation. We also had both ctenolepisma longicaudat and cockroaches in our apartment. Restaurants, bar and other outside areas is OK. Nice staff.

Excellent séjour, belle piscine proche de la plage et des commerces. La restauration est très bonne et variée, le personnel souriant et à l’écoute. Un grand merci au sauveteur secouriste de la piscine Mario qui veille sur nos enfants et qui nous donne des serviettes ainsi qu’aux animateurs du club enfants qui sont incroyables ! Nous reviendrons

Fabulous for a family holiday.
Fabulous hotel for families. Rooms spacious, very clean(daily maid Service) and comfortable. Staff throughout Hotel were all lovely and great kids club. Good pools and several toddler pools and only 2mins from the beach.

Super nettes Personal, toller Service, schöne, helle Zimmer, lustige Animateure - ein kleiner Störfaktor war die Klimaanlage, die Tag und Nacht vor sich hingebrummt hat. Wir kommen aber trotzdem gerne wieder. Der Aufenthalt im Prinsotel hat großen Spaß gemacht.

Excellent location
A large hotel in an excellent location - ideal for beaches, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the hotel was full of very young and noisy children. Sun beds were reserved from early in the morning, although supposedly not allowed to, so no descent places to sit with an umbrella. Entertainment was diabolical.

Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en lunch. Leuke kamer alleen kan de badkamer wel een metamorfose ondergaan. Wel gehorige kamers. Tip voor hotel. Plaats gezinnen met kleine kinderen en of baby’s lekker bij elkaar en niet bij stellen. Gebouw is zo gehorig.

Hotel continues to maintain its high standards. Clean well appointed rooms, manicured gardens, friendly helpful pleasant staff, excellent pool area. 3 minutes to beach. 5 minutes to Cala d'Or main town.

Great location, clean apartments and friendly staff. Downsides; bedroom window was near the road and let alot of sound in which kept us up at night, having to pay extra for the safe seemed unnecessary and unusual.

Despite having two disabled people in our party and requesting suitable apartments at the time of booking and by emailing the hotel directly, we were placed in the furthest apartments from the hotels facilities which was situated up a flight of several stairs. We were eventually moved to more suitable apartments after making a complaint, however this was not without issues and was badly handled by management

Requested ground floor due to health issues and got first floor. Outlook from balcony was a solid wall, no view.

Bed voor kinderen is niet 2 x 1 persoons maar een sofabed! Kamer vonden wij klein en dito balkon, beiden voor 2 personen. Aan de tafel kunnen maar 2 personen zitten en buiten ook maar 2 stoelen. Ouderbed zeer groot! Zwembad was niet zo groot als het lijkt op de foto en vol...
