Our 1st impression, upon experiencing our room, was the stench. We were offered other rooms but they were even worse. The side chairs in the room were disgustingly stained as they possibly could be.
The sheets on the bed appeared to be clean. The tiny, tiny, sink was outside the bathroom. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. The condition of the room was generally appalling. The condition of the entire facility poor, at best.
Amber, the clerk that greeted us was kind, helpful & pleasant. The clerk that checked us out the following morning very much less so.
Based on this experience, I will never stay in any Days Inn again. Ever.
