Cher client "Erik",Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire sur ce « Magnifique Endroit » mais votre remarque sur la Réception nous semble absolument injustifiée. En Espagne, il y a pour obligation d’obtenir les documents d’identité de nos hôtes et de ce fait nous ne vous avons pas refusé de faire le Check-In. Sur ce fait , malgré la réservation pour 2 , vous nous informez que la personne vous accompagnant est juste une voisine et qu’elle ne dormirait pas à l’hôtel. Le lendemain vous nous avez confirmé qu’elle y a effectivement séjourné.Concernant votre demande de changement de chambre celle ci ne correspondant pas soit disant à votre réservation. Nous n’avons que 2 chambres de ce standing et les photos correspondantes à ces 2 chambres (qui sont presque similaires) sont sur le site de l’hôtel et sur tout les sites de réservations. Néanmoins la devise de notre hôtel étant la satisfaction du client , nous avons accepté ce changement de chambre qui était déjà réservée par un autre client , il a donc fallu effectuer les démarches de transfert d’où le " Bazar " de 10 minutes que vous mentionné.Dernier point votre véhicule rayé ! Nous vous informons qu’il est impossible que cet incident soit survenu dans notre établissement. Les voituriers ont pour politique très stricte de nous avertir dés qu’il se passe un incident sur un véhicule d’un client. Nous avons un total de 25 caméras uniquement pour l’entrée/arrivée et le stationnement des voitures, nous avons donc tout de suite enquêté et avons donc pu suivre le parcours de votre véhicule de l’entrée à la sortie de l’hôtel. Nous avons pu constater que l’éraflure sur votre véhicule était déjà présente à votre arrivée. Nous vous avons rappelée lendemain pour vous en informer de cela comme nous avons convenu avec vous à votre départ. Nous vous avons aussi informé que nous avons gardé les images des caméras pour votre vérification si nécessaire. Souhaitant avoir répondu à vos demandes, nous serons toujours heureux de vous accueillir dans notre superbe hôtel.
