시설 깨끗하고 건물도 깨끗해요 조식도 만족 스러워요 뷰도 위치도 아름답고 너무 훌륭한 곳입니다 그런데 룸도 식당도 파리가 너무 많아요 위치상 어쩔수 없는건지 조식 먹을때 빵 치즈 위에 파리들이 많이 앉아있고 날러다녀요 룸에서도 베란디 문들을 다 열어놓고 있다 저녁에 잘때 문들를 닫았는데 ~ 잠잘때 파리들이 너무 많아 자다깨다 했어요 그디음닐은 파리 들어올까 싶어 문 닫아놓고 있었어요 거실과 룸이 있는 스위트에서 지냈는데 ~~~~ 피리만 없었고 문마다 방충망이 있어 맘것 문을 열어놓을수 있다면 시원히게 잘 지낼수 있었을것 같아요 그리고 사진에 전자렌지도 있고 간단한건 해먹을수 있다 셍각했는데 아무것도 (커피만가능) 사용힐수 없게 해놓았고 룸에 있는 전자재품들 이용하지 말라고 써 있어요 냉장고는 사용 가능합니다 음식을 해먹거나 햇반 같은곳도 먹을수 없으니 참고 하세요

매우 훌륭한 전망을 가진 호텔
그린델발트의 아름다운 풍경 속에서 지낼 수 있습니다. 그린델발트 기차역에서 버스를 타고 20분 이내로 도착하는 위치로, 호텔 주변에 마트 등 편의시설이 없으니 필요한 물품을 역 근처에서 꼭 미리 사셔야 합니다. 주변이 번화하지 않아 객실과 스파에서 그림같은 전망을 즐길수 있습니다. 낮에는 산 배경의 멋진 경치가, 밤에는 별이 보입니다. 객실 청결도 및 관리상태, 서비스 등은 호텔 등급과 가격에 걸맞게 매우 우수합니다. 호텔이 최근에 지어진듯 하고 나무로 만들어져 있어 기분좋은 나무향이 납니다. 무료로 이용 가능한 스파 시설에는 사우나, 족욕, 수영장, 물침대 정도가 있었고 마사지는 추가비용이 발생합니다. 마사지는 압력이 매우 약해 피부 마사지 정도로 생각하셔야 합니다. 한가지 주의할점은 사우나가 남녀공용이며 맨몸으로만 이용할수 있습니다. 하지만 투숙객이 많지 않고 사우나의 크기도 작으며, 사우나실 밖에서 바로 가운을 걸치기 때문에 나체인 상태로 일행이 아닌 사람들과 마주칠일이 거의 없을듯 합니다. 픽업서비스가 있으니 체크인전에 이용하지 못한 경우에는 체크아웃하실때라도 이용하시면 좋을것 같습니다.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). The rooms are clean and modern. A resort shuttle runs when buses are not running (at an additional cost). This all made for a relaxing stay.

位置安静、设施完备的酒店
如果你选了Aspen，说明你很有眼光！舒适惬意、早餐优质丰盛的山区度假高级酒店。在很商业热闹的Grindelwald,Aspen是的独立高处安静的存在，又离Terminal站很近。唯一的缺点是，只有公交123通行，而该车一小时一班，末班车在19:42结束。

Grindelwald Boutique Hotel Gem
Grindelwald is the most beautiful valley we have ever visited….Aspen Alpin Lifestyle Hotel has an idyllic location and spectacular views. Rooms are spacious with a modern mountain vibe design. The in house chef is amazing. We enjoyed 4 nights stay and had dinner 3 times to experience his culinary talents. What a great stay!

There are flies everywhere on the property which would be fine given its rural location if the staff weren’t rude and exasperated when we first arrived and made note. Was seated in the wrong table for dinner which is also totally fine mistakes happen if it weren’t for the host that tried to turn around and blame us for giving the wrong room number in an angry tone. Most waitstaff were very friendly and kind but a number of the staff and receptionists were just plain disrespectful. Which, is a shame because the hotel is nice and the food is pretty good too.

Unless you want to be in the midst of touristy Grindelwald, choose Alpen alpin. Views of the Eiger, of the valley and town, just wonderful. Staff are all friendly and helpful, good sense of humor too :) Restaurant was so wonderful we ate there 3 times. Easy bus to town and lifts, or walk. I feel so lucky we stayed here.

The manager at the front desk needs some real manners of how to speak to clients We upgraded our room from their cubby hole rooms and they charged us a cleaning fee for moving rooms!! Their rooms are a complete sham, the manager challenges us to extend our check out time. Disgusting experience and will make sure no one ever stays there!!

Schöne rustikale aber moderne Zimmer. Hübsches Wellnessangebot, (Sauna, Kräutersauna, Dampfbad, Fussbad und aussen Whirlpool) sehr gute Küche. Einen Besuch wert, wenn auch nicht ganz günstig.

The Aspen is my #1 choice in the Jungfrau
I’ve provided many reviews in the past as a simple courtesy, but I am obliged to submit this review based on yet another memorable stay at the Aspen. This was my third stay and the experience continues to be a 4+/5 star feel. My very well-appointed 3rd floor, corner suite had such excellent views of the surroundings, I ordered room service each night. Speaking of food, the breakfast continues to impress with fresh cheese, meats, bread, muesli, juice…you name it…and eggs made to order. I believe their dinner menu borders on 5-star quality with some wines to match (e.g. Masseto, Sassicaia). Naturally all this can’t happen without a “well-oiled machine” and the staff of this family-owned hotel are top notch. Most importantly, everyone at the Aspen is a pleasure to speak with before and after the day’s adventures. I will live in Switzerland in 2023 and plan to visit the Junfrau region frequently. The Aspen will continue to be my only choice ensuring every moment off the trail is unforgettable. Thank you, team Aspen.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Leider waren einige vom Personal nicht so freundliche und zuvorkommend. Die Dame im Spa Bereich war hingegen wirklich sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich.

Poor policies
The hotel is tastefully designed but ill-conceived. Windows in the dining room are too small, so you don't see much of the mountains. Many rooms have balconies facing out... to ther balconies, so not great there either... Ridiculous charge of 5 CHF for parking on the vast lot, whereas the whole purpose of being so far from the village of Grindelwald is to avoid this sort of charge. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Sehr aufmerksamer Service, Frühstück war hervorragend und auch die Küche für Abendessen ist sehr empfehlenswert. Unser Zimmer hatte Balkon mit Sicht auf Eiger Nordwand, fantastisch!

This hotel is amazing! Great location and staff. Up to date with 5* amenities and dining. Excellent spa and jacuzzi. Easy transport (~10 minutes) to main city street via hourly bus, hotel shuttle, or taxi (~$25). The hotel put on a great new years eve party complete with fireworks and sky lanterns.
