Schöne ruhige Lage. Ohne PKW läuft man ins Zentrum ca. 15 Minuten. Mit PKW natürlich alles besser. Zimmer ok, sogar mit Upgrade

idealer Aufenthalt für die Durchreise
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt für die Durchreise. Nette kleine Wellnessanlage neu und sauber. Zimmer trotz Straßenseite nachts ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Allein der Empfang nicht ideal, da im 1. Stock. Die Junge Rezeptionistin sehr reserviert und wortkarg.

Cray hot room.
Our both rooms were extremely hot & couldn't sleep week at all. Ask front desk manager to change our room with an air condone , they claimed it wasn't available. What a waste of $165 a night on a cray hot hotel room. Their breakfast was great but I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel unless they offer air conditioning room in a hot muggy summer days.

Overpriced.
Pool a little small in relation to picture on website. Information on room indicated a bath but only a shower available. Not sure if room had air conditioning...not visible nor sign of a control. SPA was excellent.

Gartenhotel & Weingut Pfeffel Dürnstein is a 10
The hotel was lovely as was the staff. The room was large with a great view of the Danube. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen. Bathroom and shower were great - very roomy. Hotel was very clean. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we had our entire trip. Breakfast was excellent every day.

Large, yet cozy feel of country hotel with wonderful breakfast room with outdoor terrace. Modern rooftop swimming pool with a so called relax spa zone designed for adults. Family vineyard and products featured. We had hoped to leave our car at hotel and walk in and out of Durnstein but the half mile walk was on an unlit and very busy road.

Wachau a very nice place in a very good hotel
A nice view on Danube. Big rooms, a good restaurant with a big terrace and a nice and well equipped swimming pool on the 4th flor. Helpful and very king staff and also an excellent service.

Degelijk hotel met goede service
Hotel met buitenzwembad en wellness. Standaard kamers zijn ouderwets en hebben nood aan een renovatie. Geen airco op de kamer wat gezien de temperatuur buiten (37°) niet leuk was. Enkel s'avonds kon je het raam openzetten en mocht je geen licht aandoen anders zat de kamer vol insecten. De harde douchestraal kon niet geregeld worden. Het oude gedeelte van het hotel heeft geen lift. Het vernieuwde deel van het hotel was ok. Het personeel was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De service was ok. Gratis parking en mooi zicht op de Donau

Our hotel offers the new room categories Smaragd, Genießerzimmer and Himmelsstiege as well as the Federspiel-rooms in the old part of the hotel. The hotel-information offers our guests descriptions of each room category. You have chosen the ancient part. The new part rooms are 40-50m², with bath room and separate toilet, ceiling cooling system (economic air condition) and a sun balcony overlooking the Danube. The ancient rooms are constructional from the 70ies. Therefore this room category is cheaper than the ones in the new part of our house. In both rooms included is the infrastructure of the hotel like the penthouse.SPA, breakfast buffet and parking place. This year's summer was one of the warmest and longest in the history of the Wachau valley. Our new part of the hotel is provided with an air heat pump system, which is no air condition, but a ceiling cooling system - so the inside temperature is approx. 9 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. As the room description is saying, the ancient part does not have a cooling system and some rooms of the standard rooms are only available by stairs. Gem on the Danube
Delightful hotel in beautful location overlooking the Wachau valley along the Danube within walking distance of the lovely town of Durnstein and its castle ruins. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Restaurant on site was excellent, especially the wine from the owner's own vineyard on the property. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend a stay here.

Die Bilder im Internet sind "aufgemöbelt". Von einem Winzerhotel habe ich mir mehr erwartet, als 6 kleine Proben für 25€ an der Bar mit dem Charme einer Wartehalle.

Dieser Preis ist natürlich in unserem Angebot ersichtlich, sprich jeder buchende Gast ist vor der Verkostung über den jeweiligen Preis informiert. Das das Bildmaterial nicht aufgemöbelt ist, zeigt ein Besuch vor Ort. Es tut uns leid, dass wir (Landhotel im Herzen der Wachau) anscheinend nicht Ihren Geschmack gefunden haben. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Urlaub in der Wachau
Besuch von Stift Melk, Spitz, Weißenkirchen, Maria Taferl, Stift Göttweig, Besuch von Dürnstein war schwierig, da kaum ein Parkplatz zu finden war.

Винное хозяйство и спа-комплекс в одном отеле
Довольно большой, но уютный отель на окраине Дюрнштайна. Радует отличный вид на Дунай, ресторан с хорошей кухней и выбором вин. На верхнем этаже находится спа-комплекс с разными саунами, в т.ч. инфракрасной. Бассейн открытый и в декабре купаться в нем было холодновато. Железная дорога прямо под окном сначала напугала, но за два дня по ней не прошло ни одного поезда.

God resturang med egne viner + fra de fleste store produsenten av vin i Østerrike, spesielt fra Wachau! Et hotell vi vil anbefale å benytte! Nice spa but rooms need updating
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as we were visiting the wine district. There are no air conditioned rooms in the hotel which meant we needed to have our window open in the evening and to sleep. This hotel is VERY close to the main road and one can hear the trucks and cars going by constantly as well as the barges travelling up the Danube. Food in restaurant is priced as high as the Schloss Castle/Restaurant but quality not as good.

Stille og roligt ligger hotellet med en dejlig udsigt til Donau. Fra de dejlige altaner kan man nyde solen og udsigten til vandet, og fra den store terrasse foran restauranten hygger man sig med dejlig mad og gode vine, medens det meget venlige personale varter een op.

A great room on the Danube
The room was clean, spacious, and elegant. We had in-room internet access, a refrigeration, a walk-in shower, and a balcony overlooking the Danube River. The hotel was a bit our of town, but an easy 15 minute walk. The breakfast was included in the price and had more choices that the typical buffet in Europe.
