Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Carina, le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. L'intérieur du riad est vraiment très beau, la piscine à l'étage est légèrement petite mais très agréable également (avec de l'ombre). Le petit déjeuner est servi à table entre 8h et 10h dans une salle climatisée. Il y est également possible de manger le midi et le soir sur demande (réservation la veille), par personne il faut compter 15€ pour le déjeuner et 19€ pour le dîner (plus cher que les restaurants de la Médina). Il y a également un petit espace pour les massages, qui sont proposés à des prix abordable (entre 20€ et 40€) mais nous n'avons pas testé. Le riad se trouve directement au pied du Palais el Badiî, avec une façade commune à la muraille. Les alentours du riad sont typiques de la Médina. Bref, un rapport qualité/prix au top du top !

Very authentic place. Good location. Great service. Pool and rooftop area very nice. It is down a back street which can make you feel slightly apprehensive but so are most Riads and it is safe. I think the one thing I would like the staff to do is improve their communication. They didn’t tell us about city tax until last day- you can only pay in euros or dirham CASH and not card. Luckily we scraped enough together but if we couldn’t then it wouldn’t have been good. Also we asked for our boarding passes printed which they agreed but only when printed they said it was 20 dirham. The last thing was they never told us there was a 12pm curfew. They let us in at 2am but we would’ve rather not been an inconvenience to them. Rooms were ok a little dirty to be honest. There was no option to not asked for the room cleaned every day and had to leave key at reception whenever you leave riad. However it was a very authentic riad service was lovely and I would recommend it!

The Riad is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The Riad is in a great location, close to all the sites. The Riad is also off a main road and easy to find. Not in a maze lol. There is a sqaure 2 mis walk where you can get a taxi. Lots of shops and food nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Great stay!

Without explanation they have changed the hotel. I had booked taxi transfer as well from the airport and the driver brought us to another address. That felt very uncomfortable. There is no 24 reception service. They kept rhe frontdoor open and our key on the front desk. After cleaning they did not locked the room. The breakfast is only with sweet marmalade.

Vi var trøtte når vi ankom og tenkte å sove på ettermiddagen, det ble umulig grunnet støy fra resepsjon/kjøkken.Det var bedre om natten, men be om rom borte fra resepsjonen. Det var grei frokost. Takterrassen med basseng er flott i varnt vær.

Good location and clean
Clean riad with a good location. The rooms were however smaller than claimed, the deluxe room was not 48 m2 as stated, but still spacey enough. The service in the reception could have been a bit more accomodating.

Le riad est tout simplement génial. Très bien tenu, très propre, on se croirait à une autre époque. La piscine en terrasse est très bien, on est adossé aux remparts du palais Badi. On voit les cigognes qui y nichent.

Fantastic Riad!!!
The staff was outstanding. The Riad is lovely. The rooftop pool, the cool comfortable Riad and the AC in the bedrooms was a wonderful retreat from the 40 degree heat of Marrakesh in Aug. Great quiet location - close to palaces and museum and an easy walk to the centre of the action in the Medina. Taxi's close by for longer trips or getting to and from train or bus station. The staff was wonderful - always pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. Three of us did a cooking class with the Riad cook. She took us shopping, we made a bunch of dishes and had a fantastic feast on the roof in the evening. Absolute worth it. They helped book a day tour for part of our group. Just an exceptional five day stay. We absolutely recommend Riad Carina.

場所はエルバディ宮殿のそば、フナ広場までも徒歩圏内で、とても便利な場所にあります。 わたしは、マラケシュ駅からプチタクシーでエルバディ宮殿まで行き、宿まで行きました。 スーク内にあるリヤドより、わかりやすい場所にあると思いました。 プチタクシー乗り場がそばにあるのも便利で、はじめてのモロッコ旅行でも安心だと思いました。 リヤドでは、交通機関の場所や時間、プチタクシーで行くなら相場の料金、フナ広場への行き方など、教えてくれました。 砂漠ツアーの申し込みを受け付けていて、申込みました。 申し込む際、私のつたない英語の質問にも親切に答えてくれて大変ありがたかったです。 内装がかわいらしく、気軽に訪れることができるすてきなリヤドでした。

Beautiful Riad, Great Staff
Everything was just perfect. We were impressed by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The riad has a lovely design and relaxed atmosphere and it is ideally located (and easy to find, which is a big plus in Marrakesh). There is also a swimming pool at the roof terrace, which we really liked. All in all, we highly recommend Riad Carina!

Fantastic, easy and enjoyable experience.
Riad Carina lives up to the expectations. The hotel has just been renewed, and It looks fantastic. The attention is personal and friendly. They care for you and they will even take you to the place you are attempting to go with you. Said is there at night to receive you and there is always someone there to welcome. Someone will speak English, French, Arabic or Spanish to communicate. If if you want a drink that is not on the menu they will make an effort to find it for you and won't charge you any extra for it. We got the room on the roof, it was clean, with air con and we had wi-fi as well. We had our breakfast just a few steps away from our room and the swimming pool. Riad Carina was also quiet and while it was just 6 minutes away from the big market and Jamaa El Fna square it was a fantastic refuge from all the mess and intensity of Marrakech. I highly recommend this riad and I would again.

GREAT LOCATION NEAR THE JEMMA AL FINA AND PALACE
Stayed for 5 nights and 6 days in Marekesh (4 days is more than enough). Prices are hecked up so always bargain....whatever is the price half it and deduct further 5-10 Dh's, ...bargain and eventually you will come to 50% price. Places to see is the Atlas mountain Tour, which we got the tickets from the shop and not the hotel, which was a bargain.....here too bargain as no price is fixed even though the board says otherwise. Visit the New city, BUs 6 will take you for Dh4 single from near the Bus stand. Sugar cane juice is a good especially with a bit of lemon juice in it. Massage argan oil was very relaxing though it was steep in price. Careful of the visits to the leather and carpet making as the smell will put you off buying the leather goods and also the guide was rude and also you could end up paying him a lot of money which you are told is free but remember that nothing is free and fix price before you go with guide.

Great riad, good location and fantastic service.
Just stayed at riad Carina for 5 nights and had a wonderful time there. Staff and Said (he really made an effort, thanks) were very welcoming and helpful! The riad is beautifully decorated and comfortabel. The breakfast was every morning on the rooftop, watching the sunshine. It was a short walk to main square and its within walking distance of so many place, so getting around was really great! Would definitely stay again when in Marrakech!

En ce qui concerne les choses positives, on parlera du petit déjeuner qui est copieux, servi même très tôt dans la journée(pour cause de vol). Les gens qui y travaillent sont très serviable,toujours à votre service.On nous à même proposé une demi heure de massage gratuit! La localisation de l'hôtel est à 10 mn à pied de la place jamaa el fnaa, pour le centre ville il faut prendre le taxi.( astuce:demander toujours au taxi de mettre le compteur, c'est une obligation sinon vous pouvez vous plaindre auprès des policiers qui sont assez nombreux). Le prix est d'environ 15 dirhams pour aller au centre ville à Gueliz et non 50 comme on nous essaie de nous le faire croire) Pour la chambre , le lit est top,mais par contre nous entendons les bruits de l'exterieur et la salle de bain/toilette n'est pas séparée par une porte mais juste par un rideau Le riad est dans une ruelle , au début cela nous semble pas très sécurisant mais finalement au contraire , nous y sommes très bien. Pour ceux qui cherche à séjourner dans la médina , l'endroit est bien , des bus et taxis sont assez présents, le lieu est quand même assez bruyant mais atypique. Pour ceux qui cherche un peu plus la proximité des commerces , restaurants...peut être est il mieux de séjourner à Gueliz. Bon séjour à vous en espérant que ce commentaire puisse vous aider.

Zu jeder Zeit extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kochkurs: Aziza haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen; der Marktbesuch mit Aziza war ereignisreich (die Hühner werden lebend gewogen und dann klassisch geköpft), das Gemüse und die Früchte frisch und lecker. Hamam: hier empfehlen wir den Besuch in einem klassischen Hamam, das Hamam im zugehörigen Riad Diana war eher eine Waschung in einem 3 qm großen, warmen Raum. Massage: auch hier empfiehlt sich der traditionelle Besuch eines Hamams. Riad: wir hatten ein kleines Dachzimmer, direkt bei den Störchen, die auf der Palastmauer ganzjährig nisten. Frühstück in der Sonne auf dem Dach. Frühstück kontinental; jeder Tag frischer O-Saft. Alles in allem; zentral, sauber, zu empfehlen

superb Stay at Riad Carina
Just back from a 5 day trip to Marrakech. stayed in Riad carina, Saeed and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and always greeting you with a smile. The riad takes you back a 100 years in it's surroundings, tranquillity and peace. A walking distance to the centre of Marrakech and it's historic splendour. Will definitely go back again to Riad carina.

Riad accueillant et très calme
Partis en famille avec nos deux enfants, nous avons passé une agréable semaine en février au Riad Carina, très raffiné avec un superbe patio. Notre chambre familiale "harissa" était confortable et spacieuse. Le Riad est très calme et très bien situé (à 10 minutes à pieds de la place Jamal El fana, au milieu de la médina). Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux du personnel, merci beaucoup à Said et Amina qui se sont toujours bien occupé de notre confort et ont été de bon conseils. On a surtout adoré les repas aux Riad dans une ambiance très orientale (musique, décor) avec une cuisine exceptionnelle. On a apprécié la terrasse, avec vue sur les cigognes du palais El Badi. Pas de piscine, mais nous avons pu profiter de celle du Riad Viva (sans suppément) où nous avons également eu un repas d'exception. C'est au Riad Viva que nous avons également pu profiter en famille d'un hammam et de massages typiquement marocains sous les doigts expert de Iman. Un vrai moment de détente, après l'agitation de la rue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci à toute l'équipe des deux Riads!!!

Une bonne adresse pour visiter Marrakech
Riad très agréable et authentique. Chambre dans l'annexe trop petite qui ne donne pas envie pas de s'y poser longuement dans la journée mais propre et bien décorée. Repas et petits déjeuner excellents. Saîd, notre hote, parle peu le français mais est très attentif à notre bien-être et efficace pour les petits services(location voiture...)

Wonderful staff, beautiful interior
We had 4 nights at Riad Carina. After arranging a slight upgrade we were actually given the suite, a lovely gesture. The room was great and heating available for the chillier evenings. Azziza and Said always met us with a smile and gave us helpful tips for negotiating our way around the Medina. The roof terrace and internal patio were beautiful and so calm, a great retreat for a break from the excitement of the bustling streets. Breakfast of fresh bread, jams, pancake, fresh juice and coffee or morrocan tea on the patio was lovely. Watching the storks on the terrace while relaxing in the sun was a real treat. Great staff, beautiful building (although you'd never guess how lovely from the unassuming door from the alley way - something we found throughout the Medina!). Thank you!

A traditional Riad near the heart of Medina , easily accessible from Taxi drop off .An oasis of calm to escape the bustling Medina . The friendly staff here made it a home for us during our stay , and the breakfast was a joy. We stayed here on three seperate occasions during our visit to Morrocco and would be more than happy to stay there again .
