객실 크기와 침구는.... 아니지만...조식은좋아요
하루전날.. 부활절날 객실있던호텔...이니 말다함... 이용객후기사진처럼 작고...객실이...... 단 조식은 맛났음. 빵도 맛나고 주스도 맛있음 단 .. 얼리체크아웃해서.. 조식을 포장해달라고요청했으나... 안해줌... 그리고 시티택스도 기존숙박한대로 다받음 직원서비스는 괜찮으나 원리원칙주의임.

역에서 가깝고 두오모 바로 근처이고 평범한 이테리호텔 조식에 특별한건 없지만 하루 이틀은 지내기 괜찮은 호텔

가죽시장 바로 옆에 위치해있어요~ 기차역과도 멀지않고 좋았어요~ 아쉬웠던거는 화장실 변기가 살짝 지저분했던거 정도....

Decent 3 star hotel in the heart on Firenze
Excellent location. Excellent staff. A decent 3 star hotel. In breakfast there could be some more options in hot products such as bacon, scrambled eggs or fried eggs.

All common areas were immaculate and welcoming. The triple room I booked had three single beds squeezed into it with little floor space-should have been a single, or double at the most! Bathroom was barely big enough for one person. The flushing mechanism on the toilet was broken so that it ran full flush continuously. The front desk said they were unable to do anything about it because it was a weekend. They did manage to make it less bad, but still a problem. When I asked for compensation of some kind, I was told no.

Great Location
The Hotel is location is excellent. It’s close to the train station and the center of the town. The only negative comment I have is that the noise outside of the hotel is very loud; from people talking and cars. I had to sleep with the windows closed and since the hotel shuts off the air conditioner in October, it gets hot in the room.

Pésima limpieza, en todas las habitaciones del hotel se puede fumar, pésimo el wifi, excelente ubuicación, se puede llegar caminando desde la terminal de tren de Santa María.

Weekje in Firenze, in Palazzo Benci
Hotel in de directe omgeving van de mooiste bezienswaardigheden van Firenze. (rechttegenover Kapel van de de Medici's Enorm genoten. Op zichzelf was het een mooi en oud gebouw. Ontbijt was dik in orde, niet te veel tralala, juist voldoende variatie. Bed iets minder, maar OK. Prijs zeker goed in verhouding met de geleverde diensten. Wifi dik in orde, en goed beveiligd (48 uur beschikbaar en dan aangepaste codes) Badkamer klein, beetje gedateerd, maar volledig qua uitrusting en zeer proper. Kamer mag wel eens geschilderd worden. Altijd, ook in de nacht iemand aanwezig achter de balie. Zeer veel informatiebrochures van alle toeristische bezienswaardigheden, aan de balie verkrijgbaar. Vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel.

ロケーションは最高です旧市街真ん中で車ははいれません、ルームはクリーンで二重窓で騒音はまったく無く静かに過ごせます、朝食はフィレンツェでは良い方だと思いますWiFiはちょっと遅いです、又滞在したいと思っています。

这家酒店比我想象中更舒适，它的位置就在火车站附近，走过去10分钟就到了。在酒店附近有很多中国留学生和中餐。我们到达的第一天便在门口的四川中餐店吃了一顿晚饭。而且酒店位置离几个主要景点都很近，一早上早点去排队还能早点上钟楼。

The hotel is in great location, in the very center, opposite Medicci Chapels; the staff is very attentive; the room is nice and comfortable, the breakfast was very good. Everything was perfect in this beautiful city.

it was nice and clean, the room was tiny but ok, the hotel location was great near all the attractions and the staff is friendly
