The grounds were lovely and nicely maintained. Great location. Quick walk from pier, shops and the beauty beach!! Fun seeing the monkeys come around the pool area. Staff were helpful but I was very disappointed with my room/cabin mostly because I paid a lot for it. Worth less than 1,000TBH . It was among the higher priced places I stayed and possibly the worst room. Outdated tv (no problem I didn’t need tv anyway), hard bed (common in Thailand) but the room overall was basic and cockroaches in my bathroom at night (again ok it’s Thailand) but the room didn’t feel cozy or comfortable to me.

This hotel was on the East side. It had a long uphill walk way to the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows. Its needed updating. Great AC and a fan. Fan was a huge plus. They restocked the rooms on a daily. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast buffet was good. The property needed work. Beds were hard. I got bite by a lot of mosquitoes there. Would recommend for the price and location. It’s on the East side of Railay Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Diamond Cave Resort. Despite being a bit outdated, the bungalow was clean, AC was cold and requests were met with friendly faces from the staff.

Check in ends at 8pm and was a bit of a pain with the poor Night guard who was trying his best but was clearly not hired to check people in. Pool closes very early too. Which is a shame because its a nice pool.

Restauranten var stengt, ingen massasje. Hadde rotte eller mus i taket på bungalowen som gnagde på konstruksjon hele natten, fikk ikke sove. Fikk ikke dusjet eller pusset tennene på morgenen, ingen vann på badet.

Batifil place great beaches
Lovely location nice pool and great service. Short walk to amazing beaches. Bit quiet when I was there due to covid but starting to come back to life. It didn’t mention on the email how to get there ( by boat) so the poor old taxi driver was driving about for ages until he rang reception and sorted it.

Jeg og min datter på 9 år bodde på dette hotellet i tre netter.Beliggenheten til hotellet var topp, og svømmebassenget helt nydelig. Vi fikk et stort rom, men synes det var lite koselig. Ingen kommoder eller steder å legge fra seg ting, en stor lang vegg uten bilder eller noe annet dekorativt. og veldig lite trykk i dusjen. Vi måtte ta ibruk dusjen ved bassenget for å vaske hår og få av oss solkremen til kvelden. Litt oppgradering på rommene hadde gjort seg.

Vi er lige rejst videre efter et par gode dage på Diamond Cave. Der er, hvad man skal bruge - intet mere eller mindre. Fin morgenmad med en dejlig udsigt over havet. Værelserne er rene og pæne, dog havde vi besøg af kakerlakker to gange.

We kwamen in de kamer en er was een raar geur binnen, badkamer verschrikkelijk! Je zag daar kakkerlakken een feestje geven! Niks was zoals het op de fotos waren! We vroegen een andere kamer maar kregen het niet...we hadden dit geboekt en moesten daar blijven! Volgende dag zijn we naar Ao nang gegaan en een andere hotel geboekt voor 6 dagen en al goed dat we het hebben gedaan!

De hittade inte min hotellbokning samt bekräftelse om betalning trots bokningsbekräftelse. Vi fick vänta ung 1/2 timme innan alt löste sig. Stenhårda sängar. Fläkten på rummet levde om så det var svårt att sova ordentligt. Första morgonen - inget rinnande vatten i kran eller toalett. Kommer inte att bo här igen.

This hotel is great bang for your buck! It is clean, has a beautiful pool and is situated right in the mountains. We stayed in a bungalow which was absolutely perfect for us. The staff were great and allowed us to extend our stay 2 nights. It is so close to tons of great restaurants and views. It's about 10 minutes to west railay beach where boats would drop you off!

Great stay at good price
Loved this place! We stayed for 8 nights in a AC bungalow with mountain views. Bungalow really good for the price. Good size. Nice views! Pool area really nice and clean and very beautiful Staff was amazing! 5 minutes walk to west railay beach We will definately be back!

Railay life
Area wise this property is ideal in a very good location walking distance to everything but away enough to be peaceful. The hotel itself isn’t the cleanest we woke up the first night to a ridiculous amount of cockroaches running around the room and when we went to the hotel reception they did not even seem bothered about, not even a sorry or we will come clean your room, would definitely stay on the island again as it’s a beautiful place but would stay at another resort.
