Struttura a due passi dal centro (circa 10 minuti a piedi) Stanza molto ampia e confortevole. Tutto molto pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Alessandro e Agata sono stati molto disponibili e simpatici. Torneremo sicuramente.

Great location slightly outside the main tourist area and giant room which is rare in Italy and clean , comfortable room!!!!

The location was really convenient. But we didn’t have great service and the shower and sink obviously hadn’t been cleaned. I would recommend this place only if you have a great deal.

Bed was comfy, choice of pillows. Breakfast was limited. Close to the station, but a little way out from the centre. Plenty of walking involved as Florence is a walking city.

If your a light sleeper request rooms at the back. Street noise if very loud.

Owner/receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. There were very loud residents the first night but I sent the hotel a message through Expedia, and it was taken care of right away. Breakfast was a nice surprise! The owner made us fresh cappuccino which was wonderful and so convenient to enjoy breakfast at our hotel. The room was small but clean, private bathroom in our room, hotel was in a good, easy to find location. It was about 20 min walk to Accademia and the Duomo, and 10 min taxi ride to the train station. I would definitely return again!

Location was great. Secure building. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The buffet was enough to get you started for the day. A peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day from a busy, noisy city.

Desde antes de iniciar la estadía, sus anfitriones nos contactaron para entregarnos información de como llegar y coordinación del ingreso. La residencia tiene 7 habitaciones, son todas insonorizadas, lo que permite descansar muy bien y sentirse muy cómodo. Además, tienen un pequeño balcón privado, bonito y acogedor. Nos gustó mucho el lugar, muy bien diseñado. Nosotros decidimos caminar todo el tiempo, estando a 20 minutos de la estación central de trenes y a menos de 15 minutos de los principales atractivos turísticos.

Lovely stay, our hosts were helpful and friendly. Guided us to good route of city in our limited time in Florence. Nice room and balcony. Fairly quite for a busy city. Great take away pizza place near by. Breakfast was filling and full of choice. Highly recommend

The ladies that run this place are very organized and it made for an easy check in process. The night before, they emailed us our own access code with which to gain entry to the building and their b&b area. This meant that we could arrive whenever was convenient for us. The hosts were kind, and the place was clean. We were happy with our stay there, and would go again.

Très typique italien. Cadre idyllique, la chambre que nous avons eu nous a bluffée par sa taille et la hauteur sous plafond. Impressionnant. Le personnel très agréable et petit + elles parlent français. Propreté de la chambre rien à redire Séjour pour un cadeau d’anniversaire et nos espérances ont largement été surpassées. La résidence est située à 20 minutes à pieds du Duomo mais il fait tellement bon flâner dans les rues de Florence qu’on ne voit pas le temps passer (même sous 37 degrés)

Very comfortable!

The B&B is charming. A big, airy, clean room. Very comfy beds. Quiet, both inside and on the streets. The breakfast is homey. There is a 10 min walk to the centre, but through lovely streets. Recommend!

Location is several blocks from the train station, about 15 min walk. Very comfortable, great host, great breakfast. Very convenient.

IF THIS BNB IS AVAILABLE WHEN IN FLORENCE, BOOK IT

Was originally in Florence for 3 days, but decided to stay longer. I wish I had found this place for my entire stay rather than the last 2 days. 15 minute easy walk from Florence’s main train station, Santa Maria Novella. Probably a 20 minute walk if carrying luggage. 15minute walk to the Duomo tourist area. Room well set up and more modern than the standard hotel rooms I’ve been in so far in Italy. Would definitely recommend it and stay here if I returned to Florence. I felt perfectly safe as a female solo traveller.

Good location for getting to tourist attractions and main station. Easy check in process and ladies very welcoming. Twin room bit smaller than expected but as it was only a base to sleep it was absolutely fine. Would’ve felt confined without the balcony though so pleased I booked that option. Outside furniture a bit rickety so probably time for some new outside tables & chairs. Had expected duvets as in room description but found sheets & blankets instead. Not a major problem though. Also pillows very thick & firm which I couldn’t use to sleep with as it made my head too high so I ended up using a folded hand towel and nightshirt as a pillow!

Lovely quiet b&b. Lucia and Lilliana were excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast- including super coffee. We paid a small amount more for a room with a balcony- worth every penny- sitting out drinking the local wine. Highly recommended.

Very nice experience

Great room, even had a small balcony with a table and chairs. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was great and the ladies were very nice as to prepare us coffee every morning. The location is also very good, close to the city centre. Overall a very nice experience.

Amazing place with a balcony and soft beds! A little far from the main train station but close enough to a T1 (streetcar) station. Really helpful staff who even asked me if I wanted fresh squeezed OJ for breakfast! Bathroom is clean and water pressure is strong and was hot. Took us 25 mins to walk back from downtown after buses stopped so it is far but not entirely un-walkable.

Facile d'accès au nord de Florence

Nous sommes arrivés à Florence par train à la gare de Santa Maria Novella et l'hôtel est situé au nord de la ville à seulement 15 minutes à pied. Nous avons été accueillis par Liliana, très gentille et prête à répondre à nos questions sur Florence. La chambre était très grande pour 4 personnes. La salle de bain était convenable et propre. Le système d'eau était un peu bruyant mais sans plus. rue un peu passante mais on a bien dormi avec les fenêtres fermées. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le café excellent. Si vous n'aimez pas marcher cet hôtel n'est peut-être pas pour vous car le Duomo est à 20 minutes de marche. Personnellement ça ne nous a pas dérangé car nous aimons marcher.

Chambre confortable et bien équipée, au calme et à proximité du centre touristique. Petit-déjeuner offert donc choix moindre mais correct, un peu de pain frais aurait été le bienvenu... Gérants serviables et accueillants mais présents uniquement jusque dans l'après-midi, un code vous est donné avant votre arrivée, vos clés vous attendent dans une enveloppe sur le comptoir.
