Worst Shower in Romania
We thought we'd book a cheap hotel near the airport for our last night in Romania. We would have been better off just sleeping at the airport. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the pillows were basically just wishes covered in pillowcases. The bathroom was the absolute worst. The toilet flushed twice before it stopped flushing altogether. We reported it to the front desk, and they said they'd fix it. But it seems that someone just came into the room to manually fill the tank back up with water because after two more flushes, it stopped working again. The water coming from the sink had a very foul odor. But the piece de resistance was the shower. I turned on the water and let it run for about 30 seconds, waiting for it to warm. It didn't. "No problem," I thought. "I'll just hop in, take a quick cold shower, and get out." After about a minute, the water went from cold to scalding hot. I tried to adjust the temperature, but the water would not cool. It was the most painful shower I've ever had, and the hot water left marks on my back. My husband waited about 15 minutes and hopped in for his shower. The water was still scalding hot, and after he had lathered up, the water just cut off completely. Over the next 20 minutes, it would come out in squirts and spurts for a few seconds at a time. Everything in the room was dirty and worn, and between the constantly crowing rooster and barking dogs outside, neither of us got much sleep.

In need of the refurb it's soon getting!
Hotel is apparently closing in two weeks time for a much needed refurbishment. Staff were lovely - nothing was too much trouble. Location is close to the airport as we had an early flight to catch, but due to road works our taxi struggled to find the hotel and his SatNav kept trying to take him the wrong way - cost us an extra 10Lei!! Hotel shuttle worked fine though. Room was very tired and old-fashioned, but beds were comfortable and plumbing worked ok. Noisy cockerel outside our window, which wouldn't shut up all night. Wifi worked great.

Very good stay
A very good experience, from staff to cleanliness. Rooms a bit small, but nothing of concern to us (big windows were compensating for that, slightly).

Best staff of any hotel I have stayed. Rooms are basic for an airport hotel. The staff though, they make the stay. Fantastic people that really care about their jobs

Great place to stay if you need to go early to the airport. They offer transportation and it all worked well. Rooms were nice.

Regarding Free airport Shuttle
If anyone Expecting Free airport shuttle , then you need to call Hotel to book the Free airport shuttle for pick up , because no routine pick-up service like other airports in USA or UK .. For airport drop , no issues they are available right-away at service

The hotel is very close to the airport, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is very rich.

Good value and service
A good, solid hotel near the airport. I was able to arrange transport from the airport (free), and the staff at the hotel were kind and helpful. The water pressure was fine. I was able to hear the people in the next room laughing and carrying on, but after a while they quieted down. Good sleep and a fine value.

Handy little airport hotel
There was free pick-up and drop-off to the airport, which was good because it's not as close to the airport as all that - 10 minutes in the car. The drivers didn't speak much English but desk staff had good English. Room was clean and spacious, with shampoo provided, and a handy mini bar with reasonably priced water (amongst other things). Breakfast was self service, and included hot and cold food and coffee from a machine - what you would expect, really. I was left to myself, which is how I like it in the morning. I would stay here again.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT FROM THE FREE SHUTTLE PICKUP TO THE FREE SHUTTLE DROP OFF BACK TO THE AIRPORT.IN BETWEEN THIS I HAD TO CHANGE SOME MONEY FOR THE BUS TO GET INTO BUCHAREST SO THEY GAVE OFFERED ME A LIFT TO THE CURRENCY EXCHANGE(ABOUT A KM. AWAY),AND IS OPEN TILL 8P.M .IT ONLY CHANGES EUROS AND DOLLARS.THERE ARE A COUPLE OF BANKS CLOSE BY THAT CAN CHANGE OTHER CURRENCIES.ONE PIECE OF ADVICE ON CHANGING CURRENCY-DO NOT CHANGE ANY MONEY AT ANY AIRPORT,THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND,NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN THE WORLD,THERE AS BAD AS TAXIS,SO DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO AND IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO ,CHANGE UP THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT YOU WILL NEED.THE HOTEL IN GENERAL WAS NICE AND WARM AND COZY.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND I HAD AREALLY NICE STAY HERE.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché si trova in una posizione che permette di raggiungere con mezzi pubblici le Therme Bucaresti (10 minuti in autobus), il centro di Bucarest (35-45 min. in autobus) e l'aeroporto (servizio navetta gratuito dell'hotel). Elevato rapporto qualità prezzo.

The hotel is quite a distance from the main road. I came by public bus from the city centre and it was a good 20+ minute walk. I think the location is fine for the airport as the hotel offers free airport pick up/drop off.

Would Stay Again..
We stayed one night .. I flew in from the USA.. my husband was already there..they let him check in an hour early..the room is ok..the bed is hard as a rock..the bathroom was not spotless but clean..there were hairs from someone else in the bed sheets..they were doing some kind of construction work all night which after flying 27 hrs.. I was not happy..the staff is extremely helpful and polite.. I would stay again for the price to have this size room and privacy.. but I would ask for more pillows and maid service to come change linens on bed before i got in it..one last thing..it was so hot in the room and it is December but I had to open the window to cool the room off after a shower and leave open an inch or so because the heat would not shut off at all.. but it's still a beautiful hotel..we did not get a chance to eat breakfast or check out the restaurant..so I have nothing to say about that..but I would recommend this hotel..the double room is perfect for 2 people or even just 1.. but I would spend the extra $5 or so and get it if it's available..

Airport stopover
We had not told Hotel when we were arriving at airport, but if we had, a free shuttle car would have been there when we landed. As soon as a kind driver from another hotel phoned the Desina, they sent a car immediately. Food in hotel restaurant was excellent and very good value. A chair with a back on it would have been better in bedroom for the sake of my neck. No normal Indian teabags at breakfast and coffee alternative very strong. Large choice for breakfast. Free wifi a bonus. Hotel staff excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Last time at Denisa
We have stayed at the Denisa MANY times, usually as just an overnight stay before an early flight out. This time we were there for meetings and stayed for two night each, two different times. Since your website pictures two chairs in the rooms, we requested rooms with chairs since we would be spending more time there and we were told that none of the rooms had chairs. We then discovered that our friend had been given a room with chairs, so we were clearly lied to--twice. The stools provided in the rooms are insufficient and we do not appreciate being lied to. We will not stay here again.

The hotel is very convenient, especially for the price. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and tries to accommodate to the best extent your needs. Definitely a good choice for those, who need a night in Bucharest. The location is not the best for someone looking for nightlife, but in all other respects it is convenient, nearby are grocery stores etc.

Very nice and polite staff, clean room, spacious( !!!!!), shuttle service excellent, coffee delicious- what else one can ask for? I am very happy to have found this hotel and will definitely come again and recommend it to my family and friends as well.

Great for Airport. Clean & Friendly Staff
Great location. A little difficult to find as it's tucked behind another building and our taxi dropped us off at the front of the building g which is nothing to do with the hotel! We had to search for hotel reception. Staff were friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Everything you need for a couple of hours shut eye before a super early fight! Free wifi was useful and the 24/7 airport shuttle was very much appreciated. Mattress was very comfy, pillows and duvet not so much! Only one pillow and a too small, very lumpy duvet. But overall a mostly positive stay

Amazing staff!
It was worth staying here because the staff are so wonderful. The shuttle to the airport was a huge bonus. The staff helped make sure that all worked out well. They were also so pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend this hotel. The price was also very good,
