I selected this property to observe the 2024 Eclipse. Although the sky was filled with light clouds, I was able to set up my gear in the parking lot, which allowed me to talk with other guests. All-in-all, a great stay.

The only reason we chose this hotel was it showed in your listing that this location has a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were so looking forward to the hot tub only to find out they don’t have one. Very disappointed

Advertised that they had a hot tub. We checked in and got into our bathing suits, went down to the pool area to find the hot tub boarded off with caution tape around it, Said something to the staff and she just shrugged. Room dated and not very clean, Pulled down the sheets to go to bed and found hair from the previous guest all over the sheets. Had to check out after travelling all day and just checking in to have our money refunded. Just not good. Very disappointed. Would not recommend,

It was not clean and we could hear the people above us walking around all night. The carpets and sofa were very dirty. Overall the room was not clean and had a funny smell.

Lima is a city dying a slow and painful death
The staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met despite the brawling and shooting in the hall outside of our room. Go stay with relatives and get out of Lima while you can.

The staff was superb! The staff was short handed however handled everything very nicely. My mom has early stages dementia and wandered out of her hotel room. The staff say with her several hours through the night until we realized she was gone and found her in the lobby with staff

Where do we start. Hot tub wasn't working. Liked the pool being open later. We got to our room and the lamp didn't work, no USB charging area, the shower did not drain and don't make coffee in the coffee maker it had mold. No breakfast on Sunday mornings. The lobby was nice and the restaurant/bar was accommodating. The staff were really nice. Oh and no discount for UNOH parents but apparently there was one for the student.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!
This was the nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed in.. The carpets in the hallway were black and gross, the elevators were even filthy. When we went into our room, the carpet was so disgusting and black that I wouldn’t even take my shoes off. I told my husband that there was no way I was staying in that room. There was something that had been slung across the headboard of the bed also. I picked up the room phone and it wouldn’t work, so I called the front desk from my phone. I told the receptionist that I either wanted another room or I wanted my money. Sick and I would go some place else. She was very nice and told me to come downstairs.. she gave me a door card and had me go check out a different room. It was cleaner than the first one but still wasn’t the best… the carpet wasn’t the cleanest either. I went into the bathroom and there was a rust spot by the drain in the tub and the bottom of the tub was stained black. I told my husband to take a shower w his socks on… the trim around the top of the door was rusted out with holes in it. Holiday Inn’s used to be one of the top of the line hotels but apparently they have all went to hell now, at least this one has. My husband and I would never let our bare feet touch the floors , during our stay. We wore out shoes the entire time, if we got up in the middle of the night, we slipped our shoes on. I would never recommend that anyone stay here, it is absolutely gross… I am very very disappointed in this Holiday Inn….

We came for a concert in town. As soon as the door was opened the smell of just filled your nose. Checked the bathroom and small black hairs were in the shower. There were crumbs in every drawer and window seal. Under the bed has not been swept, you could see the build up of dirt and whatever else was sitting on the carpet. Under the chair in the corner there was a sock cardboard sleeve tucked underneath where someone else had left it and the chair was not moved to clean. The bed looked okay but still slept on top of the covers with our own blankets and pillows. Also the hallway to our room had trash in the hallway, there was a used Q-tip right by our room door. Was not happy with the cleanliness of this room at all.

This was an experience so terrible that we left without even checking in! Earlier in the day we had a couple questions, and called multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone. When we arrived, on a busy Saturday evening, we entered the hotel to find no one at the desk. There was a small sign saying they stepped away, so we waited behind the three other groups ahead of us who had been waiting longer. After 15 minutes, a staff member arrived outside in a car, and came in and started helping the first guest. The associate was extremely rude to the guests ahead of us, telling them that she had other things to do, and that was why we all had to wait. Another guest asked if anyone else was working and their question was ignored as she shouted at all of us again that she was to do other things too. There was never any type of apology for our wait. After the way she treated those ahead of us in line, and after she yelled at us very rudely and rolled her eyes at us, we left. We refuse to stay anywhere that treats their guests so rudely. I recommend staying anywhere but here unless you don't care how you're treated.

Hotel was perfect. I heard about breakfast, but it wasn’t available when I left at 6:30. Maybe I left too early for work. At any rate, love staying at Holiday Inn.

Disappointing
There were stains all over the couch and carpet. Also there was hair from the previous guest in the bathtub. The reason we booked there was for the hot tub and it was closed, this was not diclosed at bookig or check in.

My room was dirty and when I was told my room would be discounted out of 410 I only got 22 dollars back to stay in a dirty room the floor was not vacuumed no towels a rag left on nightstand no remotes to either tv and breakfast was closed early on Saturday and not open on Sunday my stay was just horrible I wasn’t even offered a room switch I will not be staying there ever again and will not recommend anybody to stay

Compared to other Holiday Inns I have stayed at, this was way below standards. An overall lack of attention to details in every area! Below average on cleanliness! I was not planning to eat there because I promised my granddaughters Cracker Barrel and it is a good thing because breakfast never happened! Customers were not happy especially the ones who paid extra for breakfast! This location is not indicative of my experiences at other Holiday Inns! I do not recommend this property! I will not stay at this hotel again!

The sheets and covers were dirty the floors in and around hall and elevator were very dirty charged my CC $50 deposit in case I messed up room???? Will have to wait 5-7 days for refund? Refused to give me a receipt!

Would definitely stay again!
We popped in for rest and breakfast on a long trip back home. The night time gentleman checked us in very late and took very good care of us. The room was very clean, large, and comfortable! The morning front desk manager, Aimee, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay!
