This was a clean and comfortable environment. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were absolutely incredible! My favorite what the lady in the breakfast area. She was singing and so joyful it was contagious! The only downside was not microwave in the rooms.

I heard Rockford was a dump but this place is in a nice area surrounded by plenty of food options.

Very clean and comfortable. A good value. Unfortunately the hot tub was not functional, but otherwise a perfect property.

I was in a room with a broken T.V. and a not so clean room. I told the front desk that I hope I’m not charge for a T.V. I didn’t break.

Clean and quiet budget hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some TLC. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast options were good for our family of 4.

We liked how easy it was to get to local places and tons of food options. Breakfast being included was nice. Overall, it seemed very short staffed (sign of the times?). Our room didn’t get cleaned after night 1 but towels didn’t even get refreshed. No bags in garbage cans. No towels by the pool. Upon asking for each of the things someone brought them but you had to call and find someone. The free breakfast was nice and the staff there restocked constantly.

There was a blizzard and we had a non refundable rate. We wanted to hi but could not because of the weather. Called State Police and were told that interstate 39 which is the only close route, was impassable dow to ice and snow. So. we not only list our room, but also were not able to go to our families.

The general manager is extremely rude and thinks it's okay to threaten 12-year-old kids. She closed the pool for the night and tried to state that the kids ruined her pool so they could no longer swim.

I stayed so I could accompany my son at 3am to the coach usa. It was very convenient location and very close to the bus area. I will definitely be back and stay again. The breakfast was amazing for a week day. They had many choices and very clran place.

Good place, would stay again.
Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Nice staff (especially breakfast lady!) Would have appreciated someone stopping by the pool to tell some people to take their alcohol and food to their rooms. It was a bummer to not be able to use the hot tub the night we were there.

Dated Not very nice
It felt very old and dated. Bed was not comfortable, sheets were scratchy, not enough outlets, for a few dollars more a night the garden hotel next to it is a huge improvements. I would not stay here again. Ok if you have no other choices but if you do try somewhere else.

Will stay again!
Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool seemed a bit cloudy and could have been a couple degrees warmer. Hot tub was warm with strong jets, liked it. Bath towels were small. Breakfast was a nice variety. Will stay again.

Great Stay
This was our first stay at the Fairfield Inn in Rockford, but it will not be our last. Very clean, The woman who checked us in was so friendly. It was a wonderful stay and we will be back.
