There was nothing to like about this place. Sofa bed was original spring and mattress. You could move and it made loud noices. The pool was a joke. Hours posted were 6-10. In the 3 days we stayed there, it was rately open with pro ted excuses why it wasnt open. One was it was locked from the inside and not able to open. Yet pull on the door and it opened. We had grandkids, and that pool was closed more than open. The water never got hot for showers, although we did see two water heaters looking to be installed. The facility was used and abused. Worst place ever. Breakfast fro 6-10. They bouvht food, when it was gone, it was gone. By 9 there was no milk, eggs and on ly one sausage. 3 days.

Our room is very quiet and clean. The property is convenient perfectly fills our need for a safe place to stop for the night.

The property was a little old and the hallway carpet didn’t look very clean. But the staff was very nice and the breakfast was awesome.

The hot tub was being worked on, so no access to pool or hot tub. The coffee maker in room still had a used coffee pack from previous occupants, so that was obviously not cleaned.

We had an emergency situation. We explained it to the manager and were told we would not be refunded for the remaing two days of our stay because we prepaid for our stay and their GM/Owner was out of country. We will NEVER ever stay here again. My wife retired from here in 2009 and she was ashamed of the state of the stay we had. The TV was not tuned to what the TV guide said it was and if you looked toward the room door there was light all the way around the frame like the door was not made to fit door. So no we feel we were ripped off and are telling all our buisness and personal friends to stay far away from this chain.

Worth the money!
The hotel was dated and definitely needs a facelift, but for the price it wasn’t bad. Hot tub was closed, so that was a bummer. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine too. I would stay again!

Easy check in, quick overnight stay, we didn't eat breakfast. The a/c was really loud and didn't work the best .. definitely needs some updates. The lighting was very dim trying to do my makeup, checked in after midnight and had to go ask for the pull-out bedding. No ice bucket in the room. Average stay, staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would say it really lacked was cleaniness. There was popcorn in the pull out sofa and water bottles under one of the beds. The room smelled mildly like stale cigarettes. The shower rod was half off the wall, so I temporarily fixed it, but only stayed a few days so hopefully it will get fixed after we left. Otherwise everything else was good. The sheets and beds felt very clean, just the couple little things we found made it seem like it was lacking a deep clean.

Overall comfortable with minor issues
Little disappointed that they haven't covered up the fire damage to the back of the building. Plus they don't take license plate and car type numbers. Had person park on curb right next to my new car and was even able to open door.

Excellent relief
I travel for a living, and am used to staying in "budget" hotels that make me write songs about cockroaches. Comfort Suites was a wonderful relief from such experiences and it's got a green light on my list of "Definitely book again" hotels when on tour.

It looks like they had some sort of fire at the back of the hotel. That needs to be cleaned up and repaired. Also it looks like the landscaping in back is being pulled out, so that doesn't look good. Otherwise it was a decent place at a reasonable price.

When we tired to check in we werent able to because we had to many people at the time. But right when i got there before anything i had told the desk clark we would be paying for another room. That i already had one in rescue we just needed an exztra room ny other family members were on the way there. So she wouldnt let us check in until we bought the other room. Had to wait with little kids in the lobby until our other family member showed up. Keep in mine it was alrdeady midnight kids were tired and falling asleep. Very disappointing never staying there again.

First there was a smell in the room, the rug was dirty ,there was a water roof leak and it was not raining. The table between the beds was very dirty. One of my worst stays.

Stains on carpet in hallways and rooms. Lights out in hallways. Door to room dirty. Never emailed bill. Only stayed two nights. Couldn’t refund for third night I prepaid for. No reason why. Had to call and get bill. Front desk clerk was always sitting in lobby on phone whenever we walked in or out.

Surprisingly Bad
Our room was directly across the hall from an ice machine which was right in the hall, not in a small side room. So it was 3 feet from our door, which woke us all night every time anyone got ice. In addition, the machine was very noisy even when no one was getting ice. The bathroom door in our room didn’t close all the way. It had expanded due to humidity or something, and we had to shove it closed just to wedge it enough to stay. But this was extremely noisy, which woke everyone up in the night and early morning when it was used. Behind the curtain on the window ledge was a coffee cup with some coffee in it along with a spill on the ledge. This cup was not from us, but a previous room occupant, which means the room wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly. If they had cleaned properly they never would have missed this! The sofa bed was very poor quality. Very thin mattress, and when fully opened, the mattress remained on a slight incline. This made it challenging to get comfortable or any decent sleep.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful but that is where the positive aspects of this hotel end. The property is old and in some kind of industrial park, it did not feel very safe. We booked a suite as a family of 5 and the room was surface cleaned but overall the furniture and carpet were filthy and very dated. The carpet had so many stains on it that I didn’t want to take off my shoes in the room, the bathroom grout was gross, the room smelled of urine and the pullout sofa bed frame was broken with the springs popping through its ancient mattress! This is not the first time I have had this experience with the Comfort Suites brand. I definitely won’t book with this brand again.
