Staff was extremely nice. Property is run down. Hallway carpets had huge stains and dirty throughout. Rooms ok, just run down looking.

I stayed here for two nights. The whole hotel is apparently under renovation but we never actually saw anyone working. All of the numbers were taped on the doors with masking tape which was very odd. On the first night we arrived & stayed our fire alarm beeped all night long. The room and hallway reeked of weed which really didn’t bother us but we know may bother others. In the morning we looked around the room to realize there was blood on the curtains. This was extremely gross but my friends & I are broke college students so we really had no other option because we wanted to stay near the airport after the NCAA championship game. The location is not walkable to anywhere. We had to uber to ASU to get food or have anything to do. The uber was ($10-20) each way. The pool is currently shut down which was extremely disappointing because that was really our only plan for the two days we stayed there. We were given no information of when it would be open again when we asked. I would not suggest this stay to anyone! (4/10/2024)

It was convenient. We were in Phoenix for an NHL game at Mullet Arena . The shuttle to the airport the next day was also convenient. Enjoyed our stay.

Buena ubicación, cama cómoda. La habitación cuenta con mini refrigerador, microondas y cafetera, súper útil. Desayuno incluido, básico pero súper práctico. Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables, y cuentan con máquinas expendedoras para cualquier emergencia o antojo. La habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte, no olía mal, era más bien como un aromatizante pero es un poco molesto si eres sensible para los olores fuertes. Fuera de ese detalle, todo muy bien!

It was close to the airport. The facilities were run down and there was a white powder all through the hallways and room floor and the room smelled horrible.

We stayed over night bc we had a very early flight the next morning. It was just a few minutes from the airport and they have a shuttle which was great.

This property was a major disappointment. The hallway carpets were disgusting and dirty. It is under construction but very disappointing for the price point.

Crazy how everything in the breakfast was disposable. Trash overflowing with styrofoam (that’s impossible to recycle) and will be in our planet for eternity and is been proven to be toxic to humans. I understand if they can’t afford normal plates but at least care about the health of the planet and your guests with more healthy compostable or even recyclable options. Super dissapointing they care so little.
