The property was very well kept, the room was clean. The only problem we had was trying to get a hot shower without losing pressure. But we had a really nice stay regardless. Please tell the kitchen staff we appreciate their hard work and breakfast was very nice!!!

Just an average room with expensive rates. Felt like staff didn't trust us, Felt like they were keeping an eye on us. Bed was uncomfortable.

When we arrived at check in they were very nice. We requested a room on the far side of the highway. This request was granted without problem.

The hotel was very clean & the receptionist checking in was very nice. Breakfast was ok, but when we told the lady at the front desk that the coffee was empty she acted like it was a hassle to make some more.

We booked this property based on price and convenience, but also because of the indoor pool which we were looking forward to after hours of driving, only to find out the pool was closed which was not on their website. If we knew that we probably would have chose another property.

At 8:00 pm there was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was right at 6:00 am and was excellent!

The front desk attendant was very nice and extremely helpful. The room was nice size and very clean. This is a very convenient location.

The first room was adjacent to the I 81. Found it to noisy and was given a quieter room. That was good. In the morning we couldn't get hot water for a shower that was a real disapointment.

Very noisy being right beside the I-81. Wore earplugs and it was still loud. No hot water for 2 days. Also, bathroom GFI kept tripping. This is a beautiful property with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good variety of breakfast foods. I personally would not stay here again due to the noise from the highway and having no hot water.

Simple, clean and beds were okay comfortable. Bath towels were kinda small but all hotels seem to be moving to that size.

Rico at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and efficient getting us checked in. All the staff were very friendly and wonderful!

It was surprising and inconvenient that there were no towel bars in the room and also no alarm clock. I also found it incredible that you have a microwave in EVERY guest room but none in the dining area!!

Second time at this property right off of I-81 in Carlisle, PA. Check in was relatively easy, although the reception was hardly welcoming. I did have our room moved to an even numbered room as I had previously requested. The odd numbered rooms overlook the highway and the road noise may be an issue for some.

Check in was short and sweet. Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Breakfast choices of eggs, sausage, hash brown waffles cereal was ready each morning as well as coffee and juices.

Rooms on the interstate side are noisy. Refurbished room we occupied was clean but sparse--no drapes or table. Only one desk chair for seating.
