When we arrived, we were informed the hot tub wasn't working. It would have been nice to have that on the website so I was aware before I booked. The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was some white substance (I hope it was yogurt) in the side of the TV. The remote for the TV was infuriating. The buttons stuck and it was impossible to navigate. Luckily there was a mobile remote option, but if you were in the middle of a movie, and you needed to go off the page on the phone, you had to rescan the QR code... So I had to attempt to use the remote to get to that page. We were not in the room much, thankfully. The ice machine on the first floor was also busted. I told the front desk. They were aware but there was no sign on it. No sign when I left either.bi just went to the one on the second floor. The first floor was always wet due to the pool but that is expected because of kids. That is fine. There was signage. Speaking of the pool, when I arrived, I popped in at about 2pm to see the what the pool looked like. There was a large family there so I decided to come back at 9:30 for a quick soak in the broken hot tub before bed. The heat was still working on it. The pool area was covered in dirty pool towels and garbage. I figured the pool would be checked on quickly between 2-9:30pm. I guess not.
For breakfast, the bagels were hard but otherwise it was fine for a hotel breakfast. The beds were clean and ok. The staff is really nice but I won't be returning
