Good first impressions, wasn’t easy to find but rang hotel and they gave good direction. Apartment was spacious and clean on arrival, some furniture was a bit tatty but clean. Got in the shower and after a few mins the hot water ran out ( I had shampoo in my hair) my partner tried to call
On the intercom reception but it didn’t work so rang on the mobile. We were told I could boil a kettle and wash my hair that way or someone could come have a look!! I got out the shower and hid in the bedroom whilst someone came to look, he said we had to wait for the water to heat up 30-40 mins. This is not very impressive at all!!!! After finally having a shower and getting to bed even after being on the quiet floor, there was so much noise out in the courtyard and on the corridor, banging on our doors, shouting people running up and down several disturbances in the night. We have a 2 year old who we were trying to get back to sleep and make sure he didn’t wake up crying to make noise. We had the worst nights sleep. ot impressive at all and very expensive for the treatment we received. We informed reception of the issues we had and we were told they were sorry and could keep our car in the car park (which you have to pay for anyway) for longer.....no thanks. We had treated ourselves being the day after our wedding but our experience was awful and would never stay in one of these again. Please contact me to arrange some form of compensation.
