AC not working, I call from desk and they didn’t go fix it, i didn’t sleep, I call back at 3am asking for help, they told me that will go fix it in 20 min and they didn’t go, next day, I ask to go fix it had they didn’t 2nd night I went to the room and the bathroom was liking water from the cealing, all my staf was wet, they didn’t go help me, and at 11:30 pm finally they gave me the key for another room

The shuttle service took forever and the driver was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. He needs a job that he likes because he is clearly unhappy. He was rude and did not announce the different terminal stops resulting in some passengers missing their stops. DFW is a very confusing airport. We did not tip him because of his poor attitude.

The atrium design is unique and the kitchenette was very useful. The attitude of the front desk staff was dismissive (not hospitable) when handling a challenge I had with my room's air conditioning. She changed my room with no problem.

Its convenient for my work - my remote office is down the road and the airport is right nearby plus lots of highway access. Everything is good - its not a 4 star but its clean and functional where it counts. I wish they didn't use cool lights, some warm lights in the room would make the stay a lot more comfortable.

Checking in too forever, over 5 minutes. Wasn't directed to an elevator or told any direction. Once we finally got to our room the key didn't work (we ended up having to program the key 3 different times) somehow that was our fault. Some outlets in the room didn't work so we had to move the microwave to use it. While I understand most people dont sleep in on a weekday, they started some "construction" at 8am while we were still asleep. Parking wasn't explained to us so not sure how to get through the gate. luckily we found spots in front

Awful TV experience
Very meh. Spacious rooms, ok for the price. Need to fix the TV channels. It is world series and football and only channels we had were oxygen, court TV, and 4 spanish channels. TV channels should be very standard in a hotel. I told the front desk and they said they would check and get back to me and no one ever got back to me

I found this hotel last minute on Expedia when my late flight would have found me driving home very tired in a heavy rain. I was impressed. Location is very close and convenient to DFW airport. My room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. I didn’t get to use the pretty, warm indoor pool. But I hope to next visit. Will definitely stay at this hotel and take advantage of parking/ airport shuttle next time I have an early flight out.
