침대가 너무 불편했고 사진이랑 시설이 좀 다르다는 느낌이 들었어요. 세탁기는 더러워서 구지 쓰고싶지도 않았고 에어컨은 있지만 시원해지지않았어요.

Petit studio convenablement équipé et bien situé. Le fait qu'il soit en rez de chaussé n'est pas en soit un problème, mais il est vrai que l'on a vite fait de rester avec les stores baissés..

Suite in posizione strategica
La struttura si compone di suite allocate in alcune palazzine sull'Arbat, posizione ottima. Non esistono servizi comuni, pero' l'organizzazione si occupa del transfer personalizzato da e per gli aeroporti gratuitamente. La suite e' ampia, molto ben attrezzata, anche di cucina perfettamente attrezzata . I mobili ed il bagno sono moderni. l'unico appunto e' per il materasso, troppo economico e troppo usato. Per il resto, perfetto. Attorno ci sono bar, ristoranti , la metropolitana ad 800 metri ed il Kremlino a 15 minuti piedi

Servizio di pick-up all'aeroporto e check-in e check- out eccellenti. Appartamento in zona Arbat a 5 min a piedi dalla metro. Appartamento sicuro, confortevole e con tutto il necessario, peccato per il letto matrimoniale completamente sfondato. Io ero solo ma in 2 sarebbe stato impossibile dormire. Tutto il resto come da aspettative. Diversi i ristoranti e locali a pochi minuti a piedi.

Great location close walking distance to Red Squar
Smaller than it looks in the photos, and was expecting the bedroom to be separate fro the living area. But very secure and safe apartment.

This not a hotel - this is an apartment
This is not a hpotel. This is just a regular apartment. Very confortable, center located and service is great. There is no option for breakfast and there is no room service. It is located great!

On busy road. Easy to get to Red Square
An interesting place. Very old building. Originally built in the 1960s and it feels like it. We were on the 20th floor. There was one working lift. We had to go through two security doors to get into the apartment. Our apartment had a steel security door built from 1/8th inch steel plate. When we were in the door shut like a safe door. While we felt safe we were so worried about fire. The apartment shows every one of its years. The kitchen sink was blocked. The bath drain smelt dreadful. Most blinds did not work. The double glazing worked well in the minus 19 degree Moscow winter. Thankfully. The heating worked well too. Thank goodness. The kitchen was old and while everything worked it felt like it was at the end of its life. The apartment looks dismal from outside. Bare exposed weathered concrete. Our stay was okay and it was good to be in an apartment with a washing machine. But it was tired and very Cold War ish.

Cuidado esse Moscow suites é uma falácia nojenta
Uma empresa como vcs deveriam descredenciar esse local. A princípio não se trata de um apart hotel,mas tão somente alguns apartamentos vazios administrados por um louco, falta de limpeza, comprometimento, prédio suspeito, roupas imundas, cortinas nojentas, colchão com buraco e extramamentenojento de tanta sujeira. Confirmo tudo que alego pois tenho testemunha de uma guia de Moscow que me acompanhou e fotos que disponibilizo a vocês. Uma roubada para os clientes

Great place in Moscow
The staff was wonderful and the apartment was absolutely perfect. Clean, nicely decorated and close to everything we needed. We will stay there again on our next trip to Moscow.

The location along new arbat st was good. A grocery store just around the corner was very helpful. There is a washing machine also which is good for longer stays. It's a 10 min walk to the nearest metro. The apartment was clean and staff came by to help with check in and out. Overall a good experience! Highly recommended. PS: do ask for their complimentary pick up service!

Konumu oldukça merkezi. Karşılama kısmına eşlik eden çalışanlar gülervyüzlü, yardımsever ve sıcakkanlı insanlar. Bina çok eski ve bakımsız. Oda görsellerde görünen eşyalara sahip olmasına rağmen, göründüğü kadar yeni değil. Temizlik 7 gün üzerine yapılmaktaymış.

Good location, bad building, rude staff
It was a clean and comfortable efficiency apartment. There is no staff at all, the person at the reception is rude and won't even try to smile at you. We arrived at 9:00AM after a 10 hour overnight flight, they offered complementary airport pickup which is good but the car smelled like cigarette to the point it got us sick. The contact person, Masha was expecting us but she said check in would be at 2:00 PM. We needed a bathroom, food, shelter (It was snowing) and instead we were left straggled for 5 hours in the cold street!!!. She basically said, you are on your own until 2. Very rude!!!!

Great place for authentic experience.
This is not a hotel-like set up. The apartment is located in a regular apartment building. There is no reception or lobby. The experience is very authentic though:-). We stayed on 14th floor and enjoyed the view of Arbat. The room was clean. There are lots of cafés and restaurants around. The metro station is near by. Red Squire is just 10 min away. The location of this apartment is truly awesome:-).

Good stay.
Small apartment but certainly larger than an average hotel room. Everything was in good condition. Lots of restaurants around. The only inconvenience was in reaching the place by car: there is no free parking (and most of the time, even paid parking is full) and, depending on which side of the town you come from, you may need to go around and around before you can make a legal turn into the street the apartment is on.

Excellent stay!
Apartment in 23-story residential building in the city center. A few minutes walk to metro station. Clean and fully equipped - we are very happy and satisfied with our stay for about a week in Oct-2014. Highly recommended!

Great location, nice apartment.
The location is very convenient: 10 minutes from Stary Arbat ( a wonderful pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants) and about 10 minutes from the Arbatskaya metro station (fantastic metro system and easy to figure out !). The building is not great looking, the apartment is not luxurious, but is spacious and comfortable and worked well for us: we were in apartment “Cream” with one bedroom, a prettty large family/living room with a double sofa bed on which our two teenagers slept, and a large kitchen/dining area with a 4-seater dining table, a pretty large bathroom. The bedroom and family room had ACs which was nice since Moscow was pretty hot for the first 2 days we were there. Everything worked smoothly : the pickup at the airport, Masha meeting us as soon as we got to the apartments and paitently answering all our questions. There is a phone from wich you can make free local calls. Masha gave us the phone number of a taxi service where the dispatcher knew Engish,and we didn’t have to pay more that 400R everhwhere we went. All in all, a great place to stay.

Living like a local
You are basically renting an upgraded Moscow apartment. The hotels.com listing made me believe that I will get one with great views but ours was on the first floor so all I saw was homeless people in the park outside. As every apartments in Moscow, it's behind some heave iron doors which is pretty depressing. The people living in the neighboring apartment are heavy smokers and keep their door open so the smoke is suffocating. The hot water circuit is so hot that the bathroom feels like a sauna. Good the apartment has an AC unit to compensate. But don't get me wrong: it's hard to find a clean, spacious place like this in Moscow. Reasonable close to smolenskaja metro station and a grocery store in the same building. They took care of our visa invitation for a reasonable feel. The free airport pickup service did not have any catch though the driver ( it was a hired taxicab) did not speak a word of English.

Everything required in a vacation apartment except for the missing shower foam. Guess the staff must have mistaken the hair shower cream with the body foam.

Great for Longer Stays and Families
We stayed here with our 11 year old son, so plenty of space for all of us. Staff met us punctually as arranged and were very helpful in telling us about the area. The accommodation was central with the metro being only a 3 -4 minute walk. Red square was 10 - 15 minutes away.

We had two separated rooms, another one was nice and ok but the room in house 10 was little bit old and not so clean. Allthough the location of the hotel is perfect, shops and metros near and you can even see the Kreml. Special thanks to Masha who helped us more than we waited :)

La dirección especificada en la reserva no es la de SU suite, hay que llamar para saber donde es, hay varias, aunque todas en el sector, y la nuestra era difícil de encontrar, ya que no daba directamente a la calle. Eso no sale ni es informado al reservar. Luego de eso, buena suite y servicio.

L'appartamento ha una posizione fantastica per visitare la città, a dieci minuti a piedi dal Cremlino e cinque dalla metropolitana. La sistemazione è in un palazzo signorile con vista magnifica, confortevole e moderno, solo l'entrata lascia a desiderare come tutti i condomini russi. Lo staff è ottimo, gentilissimo e collaborativo, informato e mai invadente. L'unico piccolo appunto è che ci sono canali televisivi solo in russo . Comunque consigliatissimo.

Buena ubicación, centrico, a dos estaciones de metro o 10 minutos caminando. Habitación y comedor grandes y con todas las facilidades ofrecidas. Pequeños inconvenientes fueron solucionados inmediatamente gracias a la buena predisposicon de Campbel quien ademas nos consiguió informacion, entradas a teatros con ubicacion preferente y hasta nos suministró una balanza para pesar las maletas!!! Muy bueno!!

Il giudizio complessivo è buono, la counicazione (via email) ottia e gentile. In più offrono trasporto dall'aeroporto all'appartamento gratuito con prelievo all'arivo con taxi (pittoresco). Unico neo, l'appartamento da me scelto era un po' più grande, e in posizione diversa. Ma l'aternativa è stata all'altezza. Consigliato.

Top Lage für Sightseeing - Suites wie beschrieben und tolle Servicereaktionszeit
Hervor heben darf man den Service der Moskausuites auch in Dingen wir besorgen von Tickets, Hilfe bei der Visaformalitäten ( Einladung ) - hier war vor allem Larissa eine echte Hilfe. Das Gebäude, keine Hotel!, liegt unmittelbat an der 6 spurigen Strasse, welche zum Roten Platz führt. Entfernung ca. 1,5 km - also Fussläufig erreichbar. Nachteil - trotz der 6.Etage kann man nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, da der Verkehrslärm überwältigend ist. Allerdings ist das App. klimatisiert. Der Zugang zum Haus incl. Treppenhaus und Aufzug wirkt erst mal abschreckend; aber durch 2 Sicherheitsstahltüren im App. angekommen, findet man ein Top eingerichtetes und sauberes Ambiente vor. Einen Supermarkt gibt es in etwa 500m Entfernung; jedoch Frühstückt man vor allem bei schönem Wetter, in der einzig gefundenen Fussgängerzone der Moskauer City in der Nähe des Theaters vortrefflich ( Seitenstraße der Traverskaya )

Very cool, very large apartment/ Suite with all new appliances and flat screen
They picked me up (Free) at the airport, The suites were huge, all new appliances, fridge, microwave and more but there were so many cool restaurants closeby, I only had breakfasts in the apartment. The food I bought at a clean efficient well stocked grocery store about 100 meters away. Great job. See you again!

Great location and quality..
The apartment I stayed in was first class. Great pick-up and check-in service. Really clean, comfortable and well-appointed flat. Location in Arbat was also excellent - I will definitely use again. Can't fault.

Lejligheden var ok. Der blev sat intermistisk til varmt vand. strømmen gik det blev først ordnet 8 timer efter. alt kommunikation foregik pr. telefon og ikke altid kunne vi få fat i master. Praktisk hjælp, som ved et alm. hotel var der ikke. Der manglede praktiske informationer i form af kort over Moskav og Metro eller turistguide, spisemuligheder, indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Lejligheden var fin standard der var rent og pænt. Indgangen meget lidt konfortabel, det lignede en baggang. Der var ikke den praktiske hjælp vi havde forventet efter det vi havde læst om hotellet hjemmefra. Vi følte os til ulejlighed, når vi forsøgte at kontakte master. Masters hjælp for at komme videre til Kaluga efter 3 overnatninger fungerede ikke. Vi bad om at hun SMS, da det var svært at forstå hende i en telefon. Men det gjorde hun ikke. Så enten informere meget lidt hjælp fra hotellets side, eller også større hjælp fra hotellets side.

Everything exceeded our expectations after having traveled worldwide for years. Chandelier lights, highly secure entranceways, perfect location, and 24hr support and concierge, not to mention the cleanliness and high quality of the accomodations. I'm not sure how they make money will all they offer.
