The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about it was just perfection. Everyone who worked there was extremely warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Amalfi!

Worst ever stay
Awful. Tired property. Room looked like a 1950’s retirement home, smelly, air conditioning didnt work, big road noise. Hotel tried to charge me twice for same room but I spotted due to bank notifications and was refunded. Ended up disliking it so much we changed to another hotel which was awesome

This stay was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. My husband and I went to Italy for 2 and a half week for our honeymoon and we stayed here for 5 of those nights. We wish we stayed here for longer. It was literally perfect. The one drawback I had was the pool was always freezing so no one was really in it ever. Other than that, the views are stunning, it is super close to the bus stop, super close from the main square, close to amazing dinner options and the friendliest staff we had all trip. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

Great location in Ravello! Great views, acceso to upper and bottom streets. Close to everything in town. Staff very helpful and nice. Property is well maintained.

we had suite 201 and it was loud from the street noise and bathroom had small amount of mold on the walls and Silicone in the shower had mold as well, water from shower ran across bathroom floor, had to clean it up. for 1 night stay price was good and comfortable, would have complained if longer.

Great property. Matteo, Victor and Claudia in particular great service to welcome and look after my family. Highly recommended! Pool is a great spot in the sun with awesome view!

The best customer service team in all that I have stayed at through my years of travel. Great room, the view and just the staff makes one feel we are all family. Must stay in Hotel Fraulo when in Ravelo.

We booked this hotel because it had air conditioning. Owners refused to turn it on. Told us to open windows on noisy, noisy street. No screens. Otherwise lovely

The property manager Luigi went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable. He was always prompt to pick up the phone, and assisted us with restaurant reservations and other things to do in the area. The property itself was nice. The room was spacious, and it had a balcony which we enjoyed.

The location was excellent (near both the bus station and the main square. The staff was excellent. Our room was clean. The breakfast was very nice. Everything about this place was excellent. Nothing bad to say.

This is a beautiful property that has stunning views over the Amalfi coast. It's located in the centre of Ravello, on a quiet pedestrianized street, with a second entrance on a main roadway, which makes it easier for checking in and out. The rooms are large, have air conditioning and were spotless. The breakfast was delicious and I had lunch and dinner during my stay, all were very good. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The female staff was very helpful... went out of their way to accommodate us, such us suggestions restaurants, making transportation accommodations. Making reservations etc. on the other hand the man, were rude and pretending not to understand us in order not to help us

Stunning hotel, great staff, amazing breakfast with view. I was very disappointed that our "sea view" room was on the ground level and mostly overlooking a noisy street, with the sea in the distance.
