Room was quiet, they have done some upgrades but need to make a few more, the pool area was nice. There was an abandoned car on the side of the building full of trash and looked like someone was living in it , kinda freaked me out a little.

Blood on the first rooms curtains and then stains and floors that were sticky and not vacuumed in the 2nd. Comfort inn wouldn’t do anything about it.

I came to Harrisonville for my best friends wedding, and this hotel was 1.4 miles from her house! The hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and the staff was extremely friendly! I was very disappointed, though that the pool didn’t open till 10 AM, so I didn’t get to use the facilities which made me sad

Super friendly and accommodating staff. I accidentally reserved a handicap room. Went back to front desk and she was so sweet and readjusted my reservation to a regular room. Both rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good. We will be back when coming to KC. We’re very familiar with this area and feel very safe here. Nice to have quick access to I-49 Hwy for KC area and not far from 291 Hwy to Lees Summit, Blue Springs, and Indepence areas.

The host at the front desk ( I forgot her name) gave us excellent advice on where to eat. Fugley’s in East Lynn! Best steak ever!!!!!

Everyone we encountered was very friendly. I think the only reason I wouldnt give this the highest review is the bathroom could have used some bleach in the corner of the shower and our toliet paper kept falling off the holder.

The lady at the desk Heather, was very helpful. She is one reason we stayed there on the way home because she helped with the reservation after I had scheduled it for the wrong day as we were returning home. Would stay there again and will next year.

Overnight Stay.
The hotel is a little older. It is very clean. Our tv had no sound and the gentleman at the front desk did try to fix it and it worked for about 5 minutes. We had been driving all day so we didn't watch the tv so it wasn't an issue. We did tell the front desk about the problem and the maintenance man was there at the time and was going up to fix it. We also mentioned the refrigerator wasn't very cold and he was going to look at that too. I would definitely stay here again.

Room needed extreme amount of maintenance. Price way too high. Spend your money on maintenance and not food.

Great hotel, desk check-in staff needs work.
Breakfast options were great, having wide variety. Check-in gentlemen was very condescending. Took a very long time checking in since we booked through Hotels.com instead of direct. He was not friendly, no eye contact, and sarcastic voice when we requested daily cleaning instead of no cleaning during three day stay. We simply did not want to have to carry our towels everyday to the front desk. He was also disturbed to have to leave his dinner hidden around the desk area when we arrived to check in. Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, great breakfast, quiet, overall we will stay again. The night gentlemen was certainly no gentlemen.

Staff at check in appeared to be disappointed that we were interrupting their time. Out neighbor had loud music playing into the early morning hours. Breakfast tennat was great. She went out of her way to interact with everyone.
