Checked in late before midnight, the front desk lady was short and borderline rude. Once in the room, it was right next to the front lobby. I asked for a different room on a different level. Was told no , come back later in the week. Once in the room, all you could hear was loud noise all night coming from the lobby, or blaring music from the parking lot till 3-4am to the point the room was echoing from the bass. Checking out ….. same desk person, rude and passive aggressive . Waste of money for a weeks stay, go elsewhere.

I had a good stay here. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. If I am ever in the area again, I will likely stay here.

Dump- do not stay here
The hotel is in poor repair. The room furniture is stained and generally not clean. The room itself was also not cleaned well. The gym was outfitted well but the equipment was poorly kept. The treadmill was out of order, the stair climber made horrible whining noises and the bike had the pulse monitor torn from the right hand side. I will not stay here again.

I do want you to know that we hold cleanliness of the property to the highest standing and our hotel is NOT a "DUMP". Had we been notified of your dissatisfaction we would have resolved the issue immediately but we were not informed.

Great value and accommodations
Great travelers hotel. Has what you need to be comfortable and rested. Breakfast is delicious ! Toilet lid broke on this stay but all others facilities were in great shape!

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional, Michael was his name I believe. We were talking to him about a restaurant we visited nearby a few years back and the manager overheard us and interjected with positive comments. The breakfast was hot and fresh, the overall one night experience was very good. We would recommend and return should be in the area in the future. Thank you

We were told that our room was in a recently renovated part of the hotel. The condition of the bathroom gave the lie to that. The tp holder was falling out of the wall, the toilet seat was detached on one side, the baseboard tiles were uneven and misaligned.

Everything was great, the desk operator when we checked in was knowledgeable and courteous. The morning / overnight desk operator was very rude during the breakfast hours. She literally came over and ordered / spoke negatively to almost everyone who was grabbing something to eat while we were in the food serving area and dining room. Not a pleasant atmosphere first thing in the morning. Otherwise, great stay.

It was OK. The heater in the room had a very loud fan and I had to turn it off or I never could have slept. When I checked in I was asked if I was an IHG member when I said yes I was rudely told I would get no points since I booked through a 3rd party. I indicated that the 3rd party gave me a better rate which was I did no5 book through them. They were renovating which is good but they had used a strong paint outside on the driveway that was overwhelming. Overall it was a place to sleep and was convenient for where I had to work.

Dear Christine, I do apologize about the misunderstanding regarding my employees tone when informing you about points. We ask of our guests if they are IHG members so we can attach the profile and make sure their status is recognized. Unfortunately IHG does not allow third party reservations to earn points due to the fact that you get a better rate. I appreciate the feedback regarding the heater fan, I am having that replaced.
