Hand wash not available in bathroom. You have to come out and wash at a sink in the room. Breakfast content was below par in relation to the fancy set tables. Fresh cooked eggs promised, but it seemed like egg substitute. Given the price, place seemed over priced.

WORST HOTEL. STAY AWAY!!
WORST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I booked for 2 nights here, first day no issues. On the second day there was a power outage due to rain and there are no backups for the power so whole night there was no power and room full of mosquitoes. So I ended staying up whole night in my car. when I called them for a refund for one night, they responded very rudely and there is no respect for guests here, I would highly not recommend this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!

We are so sorry about your experience. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather and a lightning strike caused the power to go out. We did in fact turn on the backup generator of which we are one of only a few who even have that option, so there was power during your stay. As far as the mosquitoes, once again we cannot control wither your window is left open. We hope next time you find better weather on your vacation.

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, great breakfast served by friendly, knowledgeable ladies. Dining area had large windows overlooking the woods and a field where we were told wildlife occasionally roamed. We got there a bit late. There were detailed directions on how to find our room. Sitting rooms had comfortable furniture and rustic decorations. This secluded B&B was what we needed in the middle of a 3 week vacation that is otherwise packed with Alaska adventure.

Denali vacation
Very nice location, close to the park and far enough away for a feel of being way out. Nicole was a super host and a wealth of information. Would definitely go back.

The B&B is very clean and excellent location. Staff is very attentive. Will definitely stay again if we visit Denali NP again.

This place makes you feel welcome in a way that you probably haven’t felt since you were a child visiting a loving relative or a back woods resort. I haven’t felt this peaceful for awhile. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, but odd.
Our stay was brief, but fine. There was a sign that indicated the office was upstairs, but still had to walk through the property to find the person to check us in. She was quite friendly and informative, except for the WI-FI password and broken ice-machine. The room was not as pictured and smaller than expected. It was surprising that one of our windows opened on to a common space. We noticed that others did as well. I'm guessing that at one time there was a porch that has since been enclosed. However, it sufficed for our purposes. It is a beautiful, clean establishment and conducive to a longer stay.

It really had touch of wilderness. We were able to see Cow Moose and her calf grazing from the dining hall. Breakfast was really nice.

Only one towel for 2 people. Not enough toilet paper. The building is poorly insulated and you can hear all the other guests. No option for handicapped to avoid 2nd floor.

The place is beautiful. The staff is not available in the evening and they will NOT do anything for you during the evening. We requested a double bedroom and when we arrived only one bed was made, we were told since we arrived at 8 pm we had to make the bed ourselves. There is NO food nearby. closest about 15 miles and they only offer breakfast. Additionally, the electricity went out one night and they did not turn on the compressor, so we were in the dark all night, no way to plug cell phones or to do anything! is a great place if you want to go meditate or to get away from it all but if you plan to even read, bring a flashlight in case the electriciy goes out.

If I had a complaint it would be that when we arrived the room wasn’t ready but we got there about 11 am so even that was ok. The staff called to make sure we were still arriving and then completed the bedding. I would stay here again hopefully for a few days.

We enjoyed the quiet location. The hot food was amazing and if needed self service for early travelers. Early in the morning there was a mother and daughter moose at the salt lick to watch with morning coffee usually. Lots of room to relax out of room, very quiet. Would stay again.

Roomy, spacious, comfortable bed. No coffe for the kuerge coffee maker. Assistant said there would be some for our continental breakfast, but searched in early am and couldn’t find it.
