We had prepaid reservations and when we arrived they had no rooms available- over sold. They offered no help in rectifying the situation. The lobby was dirty and run down.

I arrived to check in and learned they had no first floor rooms and the elevator is out. My knees can't handle stairs. Said I had to go to Expedia for a refund. Expedia refuses to refund because I did not cancel before check-in. I don't know if Extended Stay or Expedia are robbing me, or if they are sharing their ill gotten gain.

2nd time I've stayed heater in room does not work and the front desk says sorry we can't change you rooms speak to manager in morning check out is 11am didn't offer extra blankets nothing. The first room I checked in was absolutely dirty I've work at hotels for over 6 years and everywhere that was suppose to be clean was dirty ! Behind the toilets had urine left on it , hair was on the toilet as well as all in the tubs it was just dirty and unacceptable . The second room I checked in wasn't the best but I was so tired from driving hours and waiting downstairs for th front desk person to find me a room I just cleaned the bathroom myself . The water stayed hot for 30 seconds so we had to take cold baths my stay was terrible I wish I could get my money back I would never stay there again .

Very dirty bad smell ! If your woman don’t stay here by yourself someone tried to enter my room at 2 am ! I planned on staying a few night I hurried up and checked out! Place is unsafe and sketchy! I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here !

Hotel smells awful. My room had so many roaches. Had lots of sketchy people. I did not sleep well. I will not book here again.

Maintenance in the building needs to be better
The faucet in our bathroom leaked all night and it was a big leak , looked like mold up by the shower head no coffee machine in the room and the first morning we got up early for complementary coffee at 7:30 and it was not up and out yet ….. I mean I guess we got what we payed for

The first room they put us in was a “non smoking” room. It smelled like cigarette smoke. A/C filters were covered in nicotine. Second room they put us in was a mess. Avoid the nightmare

I didnt feel safe in the area. I had to give them a $100 deposit. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in their covers because they didnt look clean.

Tall black guy at front desk checking us in was pretty cool. Rooms though stunk, sheets were stained along with furniture. The hot water would go in and out. So you had to take a very quick shower before it got cold. The stopped the coffee and muffins at 930am. Not a real breakfast.

Not what we were expecting
I called ahead to make sure the kitchenette would be stocked with cooking items and utensils for eating. The lady said yes. Upon arrival I asked, since the kitchenette had nothing and was told that at that time there were no kitchen packs available. Also, the bed was a full-size, not queen size as described in the booking. The front desk staff person, Brian, was very apologetic and helpful to the point that he could be. He seemed to be doing his best to make the guests happy. We moved to another hotel after one night.

I wasn’t expecting much - but got less. The room smelled terrible. Seemed dirty. Checked in and bed was missing pillows. Friend stayed in another room and it didn’t have a TV. It was noisy. Room was generally in disrepair. Would not recommend staying here.

Very unreliable and ghetto staff. Don’t keep logs like they should so when you turn your towels in your never get them back until you ask

Stayed here over a week and my room was cleaned once. I’ve asked and asked can someone clean the room and they never do after claiming they are. Manager is more unorganized than staff.

The only one positive thing about this property is that the staff is friendly and willing to help. The place is dirty and smells like urine, in addition to marijuana. The place is filthy.

Would not recommend
This hotel is very dated with very little by way of amenities. Towels were threadbare and stained. No bath mat. No hair dryer available. Dog leash left in room from past guest. Had a roach crawl across the bathroom when I turned the light on and bug bites on the back of my neck. Would not recommend.

Extended stay
The staff were great! The place needs repairs done with something other than tape. The frig was unplugged and sitting in a pool of water, it did work gang busters when plugged in. The toilet had no water in the bowl or tank, got that working too. Unfortunately the last day was when i checked the shower, which had no lever to switch from bath, so it was a quick luke warm rinse with a cup.
