Dear Guest Thank you for your review and please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you had with the hot water. We do not turn boilers off at night or at any time like staff mentioned, The utility company installed a new meter and turned the boilers off without making us aware that they had not put them back on, we did get an engineer out and this was resolved but it does take time or tanks to come up to temperature which is what caused the delay in the water getting to temperature.
