My room stank of cheap cologne. I wondered what they were trying to cover up. My friend said it didn’t bother her,so she traded rooms with me.

I really enjoy staying at this Travelodge. The 24hr Diner, proximity to Del Range, ease of getting to and from. The bed was comfortable and room very clean.

We checked in late (10pm) and it seems someone just stayed in the bedroom because the trashcan wasn’t empty and the bedding seems like someone just left.

A Fair Place beneath Wyndham Standards.
The front desk clerk was rude and argumentative from the outset. He would only issue one key for the two of us which was most inconvenient for our stay. This is a Wyndham property. I expect better. The other staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean as long as you didn't look under the bed. The room was not well lit. There are no luggage carts. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and as such we couldn't leave the light on to find the bathroom in the dark at night. The curb outside the door needs painted yellow where the ramp ends. My wife fell and injured her knee and possibly her back because she didn't see where the curb began and the ramp ended.

We appreciate you taking the time to do a review. Rest assured that I have addressed the issues that occurred with my staff. My maintenance team has fixed the fan in the bathroom and I have spoken with my housekeeping staff about the importance of cleanliness standards.

We got in a couple hours early and tried to check in. The greeting I recieved from fellow at the diner was a very curt "Can i help you". No smile, no hello just a snotty attitude. We didn't know that check in was at 4 instead of 2 as we've found at most other lodging. I asked to check in and the kid looked at his computer screen and in the same rude tone said "No, you can't check in till 4". I asked if we could have an early check-in and received a very fast "No"! Not a "Sorry, no" or "let me see if a room is available, sorry, no", just a fast, arrogant and emphatic "No"! We did check in at 4 on the dot and found the floors to be gritty...we wore our flip flops around the room. The sheets had a habit of scrunching up and coming loose which made for a poor nights sleep. There was no coffee or cups to be had in our room or in the entrance area where the railroad employees hung out. I guess for the price we paid, we were expected to purchase coffe from the diner where we checked in. Needless to say, Travelodge ain't what it used to be years ago! Next time, we'll spend a few dollars more as our friends did and stay at Little America. The staff there treated our friends with smiles, the room was very clean, and there was coffee in the room and the restaurant as well as many other amenities.

They only provided water for their guests. Not even coffee or a free continental breakfast. No fitness, laundry or other amenities.Front desk staff was very rude< Housekeeper were nicer and more helpful. Limited dinning and no guest discount for purchasing food there

I stayed in 3 properties that were Travel Lodge on my trip. I chose them because of the Wyndham name. They were run down, skimped on everything, and this one didn't even provide any breakfast foods. We ate at the diner where we checked in and out and they could have offered a discount.

You actually check in at the diner next door, not really handicap accessible easily. Hairs In shower, uncomfortable mattress.

Odd that the hotel desk is located next door. There is no computer to use for people staying at the property. I had to locate a library in the area, but that may not be an option over a weekend.

I was woken up by the night staff at midnight claiming that I needed to give them my credit card so they could check me in. My Expedia account and my bank account showed the transaction as pending and I refused to get dressed and cross a parking lot at midnight. I got another call 15 minutes later with the same request insisting that I give them my credit card number. In the morning I checked with morning crew at desk and was told that there was no issue with my card. Horrible experience and made me think I was being scammed by this hotel?!

We had a 6 am flight so we only slept in the room for about 6 hours. It is close to several places to eat and the motel is easy to get to. The room was nice and quiet. However, the bathroom fan was a little noisy when it ran. If we do this flight connection again we will certainly stay again.

Don't go alone
When I arrived the parking lot was closed. I had to park on the street in front of a bar. I am a single older woman. Then I had to drag my suitcases up steps to a diner to check in,this is when I found out there is no elevator and I was on 2nd floor. Not happy. Then I was in my room about 930pm and heard someone put a key card in the door and it unlocked. I hurried to the door locked it and hollered it is occupied. I called the front desk an they said it was just staff checking to see what rooms were occupied. What the heck thats what a computer is for or at least knock!!!!! Room was clean. But no one cleaned it for the 5days I was there. Not even emptied the trash. The security doors to outside were never locked. I really did not feel safe. Staff was very nice!

Don’t stay here it’s dodgy! I paid for our room in February through Expedia. I thought there might be a hold put on our card for incidentals as its a Wyndham but there wasn’t. The receptionist asked for our card to ‘have on file’ but later found a weird change on my card for $88.75. When I asked about the charge the receptionist got defensive and told us she’d only been there a week and didn’t know what it was for. Later we were told it was ‘if the third party didn’t pay’!!!!! This is a fraudulent transaction. Very weird and incredibly unprofessional. We had to register in a diner for the room…

The staff I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The bathroom had someone’s used soap still in the shower, the drain dripped steadily so I closed the door to avoid hearing it. The curtains didn’t work properly and were broken. Someone stole the do not disturb sign from my door on my last night there. Aside from these issues it was perfect for my needs while I was there.

Thought it was very odd to check in at the diner and the layout of the hotel was very disorganized. Very outdated and overpriced for what it was. Also, it showed me when I reserved that the total was $119 with tax, but was charged $132. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Good stay, a bit far from the highway
This is a pretty nice hotel for the budget friendly. It’s way off the highway, so not a great location for overnight if you’re on a road trip. Check in is a pain if it’s later at night.it’s in the little diner next door. It was really late and I was tired so it probably seemed worse. Pet friendly and great friendly staff, and the bed was comfortable and shower hot.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there, at 10:30 PM. We were tired and ready for bed after being on the road all day. Chose this location because the diner was right next door. We had to wait 45 min to get our room. Overall felt the room was over priced for what you get. The diner helps make it worth the stay. Great staff and great food.
