Very nice hotel
This hotel is one of my faverite. I like everything about this hotel. One thing I don't like is HEATING NOISE. I don't know what kind of heating system they use. It is pretty loud. I had to turn off to sleep. Other than that, this is one of the best hotel.

The staff was great but the initial room we stayed in had the AC broken and when I asked them to look at it they just turned it off. We came back and it was almost 80 degrees in the room. They moved us to another room and it smelled like straight chemicals so we had to move back to the first room and had to just deal with the temperature.

Stay was ok
We waited at the front desk for check in for about 10 minutes before someone showed up. Honestly the rugs in the halls and elevators were not very clean The room was nice enough. The bowls were ridiculously small and dishes were left in the dishwasher. And kitchen floor was sticky.

The hotel is in excellent condition. I only issue I have is they only clean your room every other day. So, you will have dirty towels in a pile on the floor.

Great value for extended stay clean roomy
Older property in decent shape, may need a refresh in a few years. Clean, good sized rooms and public spaces, convenient garage parking, excellent service and attitudes among the staff.

I enjoyed the double room suite! It was clean and quiet. The staff was nice, and the check in and out process was easy. I enjoyed the location because it was close to where we needed to be, and close to shopping! Thank you!

Clean and spacious.
Great place, can't really think of anything negative to say about it. Also, the hotel is next to shopping plaza with many places to eat next to it. We did not mind driving 15-30 mins to downtown Washington so it worked well for us.

Very convenient location next to the shopping district. Love the design of the studio. Breakfast hours are a little too early imo, but the food was great. Would definitely not mind staying at this hotel again!

It was a very nice place to stay. Clean, affordable, and close to the metro station. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a convenient spot to get into DC from Virginia.

Just Don’t Bring Your Dogs
When traveling we seek out Residence Inns when we have our two dogs. This would have been an awesome stay had it not been for the lack of outside dog area. The area that was available was all small stones with the available bags for clean up. This area was full of dog waste and you could not even walk into it. No grass. I would recommend this hotel but not if you are bringing your dog. The hotel was clean, amenities were good and staff was friendly.

Room was spacious, location very convenient. Wish the desk staff had said that parking incurred a fee when he asked if I needed to park a car. WiFi didn't work when got up in the morning. Front desk called IT support quickly and IT support called me, but could not fix the problem. WiFi came back on later.
