Hotel con mucho potencial.
He estado hospedado aqui por 3 noches en el mes de Enero. El hotel estaba casi todo vacio. El apt que me toco, tenia 2 habitaciones mas la cocina, comedor, 2 baños y dos balcones. Muy comodo para pasar unos dias en familia. El mantenimiento era muy pobre. Una de las puertas de la habitaciones tenia un agujero provocado por un golpe que alguien le habra dado. La limpieza no fue de lo mejor. El principal problema fue que los aires acondicionados no funcionaban correctamente y de noche hacia mucho frio para dormir sin ellos. En definitival, un lugar con mucho potencial, quizas en temporada, este un poco mas cuidado.

the property has everything needed for the next family to travel to Cyprus, we were in the winter season so the place was not clean and maintained, but the service was reasonable.

The bed sheets were old and no duvet at all. There was no towel and no pillows. Absolutely disappointed with the room. Those are like the basic things that needs to be at a room. Shamble.

Lack of interest by lot of staff. Had to chase to get cleaning done and only done once in each week not every 3 days as stated. Asked for ground floor but had 'EASY ACCESS' on third floor which ok until day lift out of action so could not go out

The property was well equipped and spacious, after reading all the bad reviews I was dreading our arrival, but from my own experience there was no issues and I would most definitely return in the future.

The bed was the worst, the place is old dirty and broken. not for families at all. breakfast was poor quality and not fresh. the gym is all broken, dark and no A/C. stay away.

Firstly the staff wasn’t kind, the buffet was too poor especially the dinner, the toilets stinked. I don’t recommend it to anyone! The money I gave there I could have better throw them in the trash rather than going to that “hotel”!! Probably the worst holidays there. Only the pool!!

The property marked at 3 plus star which terms of accommodation and swimming pool at a push meet 3 star but the where the Gym, Sauna and jacuzzi area are so dirty and not fit for use as such property need to improve these area and for Expedia staring need realigned to give a good view for new customer.

With some changes it's value for money.
These residences have a lot of potentials if someone take care of them. Staff was welcome and was doing its best but the place is sort of staff especially during this time period. Rooms are spacious but with lots of issues. We didn't have towels in the rooms (we had to ask for them) and sheets for the couch. No bulb in the main bathroom and maintenance wise it could be so much better. Main pool needs to be cleaned better, because even during morning times it was very dirty and the tiles needs to be changes asap before someone gets hurt really bad. Cleaning in the common areas is a must but due to sort of staff they cannot make it happen. Owner needs to spend some money instead of only receiving. Location is very convinient, 5 minutes by car from city centre and 7-8 from Peyia. Overall for what you pay is value for money, but it could be so much better if they pay attention to simple things.

Anything but Elegant
Cyprus Tourism Organisation should review their license to operate. Filthy rooms with black mold in bathroom, mold on walls, pool with fungi on the decorative rocks, no life guard on duty. I had called 11 times two days before checking in to ask some questions such as "Do I need to bring my own pool towels ?" No answer. When I mentioned this at the reception, their response was, "I am too busy". Furthermore, during check-in I had asked if the room was clean (after having read some bad reviews) and the answer was "It should be clean" Breakfast was OK, nothing special. No coffee machines or option of any other coffee other than instant coffee. Service was ok. Waiters were polite, but clearly they has no official training from some tourism college. Room towels were old and seemed that the laundry service was doing a poor job. No cleaning service despite the confirmation of the reception that the cleaning service was going to clean our apartment on day 3. Dishes and mugs were dirty. We had to buy our own detergent, sponge and disinfectant to clean the kitchen before using it. The floor was filthy, and we had to mop and disinfect ourselves as we have small children. Television was old CRT type which was hardly working with a decoder. Remote control batteries were depleted. Air conditions were working but a foul mold smell was coming out of them. WiFi router in living room, but bandwidth was poor. No recycling bins.

Det var godt nok et billigt hotellejlighed. Men derfor kunne de godt fylde op i køkken skuffer og skabe. De skriver fuldt køkken, så regner jeg med at jeg kan lave letter retter. Men nej... Ingen Potter, pander, gryder osv... Første aften skulle jeg koge vand til min kaffe, det blev så i en mælkekande, det var hvad der kunne indholde lidt vand. Senge. har sovet på feltsenge der var bedre. Udtjente senge, ingen Top madrasser. Det eneste positive jeg kan skrive, der var vand i den store pool.

Very disappointing . I know of this property already but not of the condition. We had 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. Not equipped with hardly anything. Glasses. Ironing facilities. Clothes drying rack . Cleaning facilities. Place worn . Damp and smelled heavily of cigarettes. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff nice but clueless when ask anything. Service slow too . Cleaners entered my apartment whilst I was there and was never told cleaning was included. All outside areas very dirty and shabby . Ok if you want a cheap holiday and nothing more .

Vi hittade hotellet via Hotels.com och bokade med förbetalt sätt för 8 dagar. När vi väl kom fram till receptionen visade sig att administrationen vill ha kortet för betalning. Efter långtids väntan med barnen i receptionen hittade de rapport att vi ska inte betala igen. Väl framme i lägenheten visade sig att sängkläderna och handdukarna var så smutsiga och trasiga som från antikens tid. Frukostpersonalen var värst av allt då de behandlar gästerna på ett sätt som att man äter gratis och inte behöver önska sig de grundläggande sakerna som mjölk eller frukt mm. En stor del av personalen, de flesta gästarbetarna, är bra i bemötandet mm men de saknar jo utbildning kring hotelmanagement vilket leder till förståelse för gästernas efterfråga. Jättedåligt hastighet i internet.

Rummen var fullbokade trots vi hade bokat via Hotels. Men en utav personalen var jätte snäll och körde oss till deras andra hotell, Club st George, som ägdes av samma ägare. Där var personalen väldigt otrevlig men han som körde oss löste rum till oss väldigt snabbt och körde alla våra väskor. Rummen var liknande de på st Nicholas. Jämfört med Cypern så var det fräscht, men rummen har mögel, hål i väggar och dörrar finns, men det var hyffsat fräsht. En 3a/5.

Needs cleaning
Wasn't the most warm welcome to start with, we felt as if staff were talking about us in a different language on our arrival. Very misleading, pictures must be atleast a few years old. Furniture was falling apart, the toilets smelt bad, cockroaches and insects in all rooms, although expected but not between the bedsheets! Microwave still have food in it, paets of the kitchen looked like it was also falling apart. It was filthy and unpleasant. Would have changed the booking if i was spending more time in the apartment, i only ended up using the apartment to sleep. Breakfast was not great, not worth getting up for, very little options for people with dietary restictions such as halal or vegetarian/vegan. The staff had to be prompted to refill cutlery, mugs, cups and even food. Better off buying breakfast from a nearby cafe, i discovered its cheaper! The outdoor pool and gym looked decent, but the indoor pool an hot tub were filthy. You can tell this place was once decent just needs a bit of maintenance and quality service.
