Hotel is rustic, but clean and well maintained. Peter is a great host. Walking distance to everything, but not really "walkable" as there are no sidewalks in Mykonos: you walk on the street with the vehicles. Location can't be beaten on the island: 1 minute from a beach connected to all others by water taxi, 1 minute to bus station connecting to Chora. I would recommend this place to stay in Mykonos.

Beautiful location. Our room was perfectly sized, the property was beautiful. Easily walkable to irmos beach and all the restaurants. Great bakeries for morning snacks right there.

The room is big and well equipped. Beds are ok. Also the location is very good. Not too far from airport. Close to the beach, bus stop, few shops and restaurants.

When we arrived we were told that we had been double booked and would need to move hotels. Even though I contacted them asking about checkin details and we were not even pre informed until arrival. We wasted half that day waiting around, then being shifted to new hotel and were promised that the hotel we would be moving to, was nicer in fact, but just in a different location. This was not the case We chose peters studio because of the location in Ornos which is a beautiful area, walking distance to beach and shops. The other hotel we were moved to was average, small, in a more remote location, where we had to take buses which at night didn’t feel safe. Eventually we had to rent Quad for 40€ or take taxis which cost 20€ each way to anywhere. The room had no facilities as the studio had (kitchenette) and no wi fi, which was a huge inconvenience trying to figure out where to go or what was even near or how to complain. The whole situation just seemed very pre planned, so I don’t know if this is common for them to over book rooms then just shuffle people around. Either way we were very unimpressed as this really effected the first 3 days of our trip. Loads of time wasted, more expenses getting around, not to mention feeling really disappointed on your holiday. Finally after complaining for 3 days straight, they moved us back to peters and did the same thing to another guest checking in, so we at least enjoyed 2 days of our trip. And the studio was what we wanted.

Peter was a very friendly host. The room was clean and included a kitchenette. It was very quiet. The studio apartments are located in Ornos, which is a bus ride away from Mykonos town. Peters is very close to a bus stop which was convenient. It is also a 5 minute walk to Ornos beach. There were a lot of good restaurants close by. If you’re looking for a quiet accommodation outside of Mykonos town I would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful area and host
Had an awesome time staying at Peters studio. Peter was so kind and sweet. We had an apartment with a balcony. Spent most of our free time in the room on that balcony. Room is perfect for what you need it for. We stayed for 2 nights. Peter called us a taxi the morning we were leaving for the airport. A taxi couldn’t be there for 40 minutes, so he offered to drive us to the airport! He was such a sweet man and I recommend this place to anyone!

No Communication!
First of all I didn’t get back any information about my reservation although I sent messages a few times. This is a disgraced. Finally I have to call customer support. We have spoken 15min. approx. I have payed 25 EUR to my telecommunication company for international calling :/. And customer support gave me a number to reach property. We’ve got check in lately and they gave us French bed room but my preference was 2 twin bed. :/ Very small bathroom, you can not turn or put your hands up while taking a shower. The apartment has free parking.

ich kann die Unterkunft nicht bewerten da am Tag meiner Ankunft mir mitgeteilt wurde das Peters Studio überbucht sei und ich woanders hin müsste. ich hatte mich mit Freunden verabredet an der Ornos Bucht, das neue Hotel war in den Bergen. Ich bin stinksauer.

Peters studios is a little jem! We got a lovely warm welcome from Peter & were shown to our room. It was small but perfect for our needs & was well equipped with plenty of storage, a small kitchen & dining table & a balcony with table & chairs. The bed was not the most comfortable, but was ok for a week. It is ideally situated between 2 beaches (about 5 mins walk in either direction), less than 5 mins walk from 2 bus stops & a great bakery, 2 mins walk from a well stocked supermarket, with restaurants & Car/bike rental places around too. Mykonos town is just under 2km away - you can walk it (we did once) but the beach is easy & not expensive. Peter was our hero at the end of the holiday when the travel company mucked up our airport transfer - he saved the day! The only thing was that we struggled to get WiFi in the room - not the end of the world - we often had to go downstairs to get any reception. I would definitely stay there again

Beau studio a 5 min de marche de la plage
Cuisinette complète, balcon avec table pour prendre repas, personnel sympathique, supermarché en face. Avons passé 3 nuits du 2 au 5 juil 2016. On y retournerait c'est sur. Très propre.

Sapere di non essere in hotel, ma si riceve un trattamento simile! Camere pulite, spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort. Necessari per passare una piacevole vacanza.

Great location and staff
No complaints about Peter's Studio. Don't worry that it isn't right next to the main town or Paradise Beach because both are easily reached on a scooter. Our room had a nice terrace with a table and chairs. We arrived in Mykonos really early in the morning and the staff allowed us to leave our things with them and then we chilled at the beach until our room was ready. On our checkout day our flight left late at night and, again, the staff allowed us to leave our things with them while we chilled at the beach then let us use a shower when we came back and were ready to leave.

Super Apartment
Apartment nur wenige Meter vom Ornos Beach. Sehr sauber, täglich frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Sogar der Aschenbecher wurde gewaschen. In der Nähe viele Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte. Busstation ebenfalls nur einige Meter entfernt. Bus fährt stündlich in die Stadt. Vom Strand aus kann man stündlich mit dem Boot für wenige Euro an die anderen Strände von Mykonos gelangen.

Zentral in Ornos
Unser Studio lag nach hinten raus zum Hof und damit von der 24h belebten Straße abgekehrt. Da es eh nie unter 24°C hatte waren die Fenster zu und die Klima an, da konnte man auch gut durchpennen. Die Gastgeber sind herzenslieb, sprechen neben Englisch auch Italienisch und etwas Spanisch. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat und sich nur zeitweise hier selbstversorgen möchte, ist genau richtig. Die mini Kochzeile ist nicht für die Menüzubereitung vorgesehen, reicht aber für einen Tee oder Nudeln allemal aus. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile (1m breit) ist zwar spartanisch, reicht mit etwas Phantasie aber aus. Achtung es gibt keinen Korkenzieher - Wein ist hier aber obligatorisch ;-). Das Apartment war immer ordentlich aufgeräumt und sauber, stets frische Handtücher und wenn man mal was braucht oder Wünsche hat, kümmern sich die Gastgeber im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten. Die Dusche ist recht klein und der Vorhang endet 5cm über der Wanne. Überschwemmung ist vorprogrammiert, aber nach Berichten von Gästen anderer Unterkünfte scheint das hier in dieser Hotelklasse ein Standard zu sein. Da man aber sowieso fast nur draußen lebt, ist die Unterkunft zweitrangig. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und würden auch wieder hier her kommen. Da es nicht viel anzusehen gibt und es immer heiß und schwül war (30-37°C Anfang September) haben wir das glasklare Meer genossen und Rundfahrten zur Erkundung der Insel unternommen. Wer es individuell mag sollte es mal mit Kalafati Bay versuchen.

Charged me twice for the stay!
I made a reservation on Peter's Studios (Mykonos) for two nights on 24th August 2013. When I arrived there the hotel was already full and the recepcionist put us on another hotel (the Orno's Beach) for the same prince EUR 154 for two nights. We paid the Hotel at the check out in cash. But now, when i check my credit card statement, i found out that the value of EUR 154 was charged at my credit card!! Tried to enter contact with the hotel, but still not have any answer from them!!

Well Maintained And Close To Shops
I have stayed here several times which indicates my thoughts of the apartments and area. Again, however, I cannot understand why an electric kettle is not provided. Everytime a cup of tea/coffee is required a pan must be used.

Super friendly owners!
Great location- feet from supermarket and bus/taxi stops. Walk to beach- great restaurants. Kronos is a prime location. Viki and Peter were excellent. It's a studio, so bring your own stuff. Nice kitchen if you fancy cooking. While on Mykonos, you'll be out and about, so don't spend it on luxury. This place was perfect- will stay here again.
