I reserved my room through the app on my way to the area. when I arrived It was after midnight. The woman at the front desk advised me that unless they had set up the check in befor she had gotten there, She would be unable to check me in or get me a key. Because she had no access to the computer system, She was just there to clean. My Only available options were to sleep in my car on below freezing weather or drive another hour to another hotel. Expedia offered to put me up in another hotel but the options they gave me were horrible drug infested hotels. Expedia then offered for me to get a hotel of my choice and they would pay for it. This of course did nothing for me Since my company pays for the hotels and they are not the ones being inconvenienced. In fact, if I didn't have a charge on my company card I would be forced to pay for my Meals and travel cost. soin the end, their Screw up would cost me more money while giving benefits to my employer. I ended up driving an hour away and checking in in another hotel at 2 AM. So that I can get a few hours sleep before my seven a m appointment. I will never, ever stay at this hotel again. And I will never use expedia again completely incompetent.
