Hotel was in a good location. Just off the freeway and close to gas stations and restaurants. The staff was great. Very welcoming and kind. Hotel was clean. Although we didn’t make use of the pool or jacuzzi, I appreciate that they informed us that the jets in the jacuzzi weren’t working. Only thing I would make a change of, is breakfast. Every morning it was the same items, and the oatmeal was dry and a bit rough to scoop. I really wanted oatmeal one morning so I just added more hot water and a bit of milk to my bowl to get a good consistency. Other than that, our stay here was great!

Was a great overnight stay. Staff were awesome and friendly. Would have been nice if there was enough pillows and towels for all 4 of us. Unfortunately, I had to make up the pull out bed myself, it had absolutely no breeding on it at all

It was a very clean space. Only concern was that our AC did not seem to work for the night we stayed. We turned it on at night but the temp never cooled down.

Maybe look elsewhere
As far as roadside hotels go, this one needs to be a skip. The bed was clean, though the bathroom was not and had a leaking shower that could be heard dripping through the night. Combine that with the less than thoughtfully placed smoke alarm directly above the bed flashing through the night, lots left to be desired. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder in my room- just a loose roll of paper. The only great here was the desk attendants, both the night and the morning clerks were so helpful and friendly!

Hotel is very old with a bad remodel, pool and hot tub old and gross. Fitness room tiny and lots of trash. Very dirty hotel

Very poor construction. I stayed in Suite, 1 Bedroom (Living Area). You can hear the water running in the bed area to the point that’s very destructive. You won’t be able to hear TV or if talking to someone. I shut the door to the bedroom and spent in the living area for the reminder of time, bit it didn’t help much unfortunately. It may not matter if you get up and check out very early.

Would definitely stay again.
Staff was friendly. Great customer service. Check in and out was easy and fast. The highway was near our room but couldn't hear it. Bed was a little to soft for me but ot served it's purpose.

Great hotel and location.
This hotel is on a great location in Bountiful. It is clean and the service is fantastic. All of the staff were very personable. I enjoyed a great conversation with the GM Arturo.

Highly recommend!!
We have booked this hotel several times for a "stay-cation" for my husband and I and our two little kids. It is in our hometown and every time we pass it on the freeway our kids will yell out, "There's our 'H' hotel!!!". (It has been nicknamed as the "H Hotel" since they can see the big "H" logo on the hotel as we drive by. haha). As corny as it might sound, this hotel has become special to our family as we've created some great memories here. We've even invited cousins with us a few times so they can enjoy it with us! The staff has always been very welcoming, the hotel is always clean and even smells great, and we love relaxing in the pool and hot tub! We would definitely recommend "our H hotel" to anyone considering staying here. :)

Greet stay, only complaint would be the pool & hot tub were so chlorinated that we couldn’t stay because the steam was literally burning our eyes so bad and the jacuzzi just didn’t seem very clean.
