We arrived earlier than the check in time but our room was immediately ready for us. We were even upgraded to a suite (booked a jr suite) which had a very big room and a separate living room. The room looked like it was newly renovated and the dark floors and furniture were classy. The breakfast area was on the 4th floor so it had a view and the room itself is very airy with mirrors and windows. The breakfast itself was wonderful and I enjoyed the perfect cappuccino every morning. The first impression was good but after staying for 4 nights, I did experience some negatives. First of all, the room was too cold. The heater only went up to 25.5 degrees and even that didn't warm up the room enough and we felt cold the whole time there. I stayed here in early November. I don't think I could stay there in the winter. Second, there was no separate shower but a tub with a shower curtain. I hated it but they said no suites had separate showers. Also, the tub was stained.. it didn't look like it could be removed so I didn't even bother mentioning it to the hotel. Thirdly, the faucet was loose from the wall, creating a hole in the wall, which made me nervous about security... Other than that, the hotel was close to all the sites and nice restaurants.
