Overall, very nice and spacious apartments as well as rooms, with everything you need. Location and premises is lovely as well and pool is clean. Many options to sit and relax, read a book, sit at the bar and enjoy the nature. However, breakfast was only mediocre for a resort (4 stars). Eggs were soiled in fat, and fruits not really fresh. On top, some of the staff, especially 2 receptionists seemed very annoyed and not really friendly. It almost seemed as they were unmotivated. For a resort, as it claims to be, this is unacceptable.

Good location and a great swimming pool.
Good location and great swimming pool. Room was fine, although it was obviously built for self-catering and thus it was disappointing that they had removed the fridge. With the hot weather this would have been a very welcome addition to the room.

The stay was fantastic and made so by a guy named James. He is truly an asset to the hotel and should be valued by his employers. He went out of his way to accommodate my requests and made me feel like I was his only client. I believe he is only there for about 2 weeks, which I found hard to believe as he seems to be so clued up on the hotel, the people, and generally everything related. James is surely a superstar at the resort and would be one of the reasons I return!!!

Brilliant Stay
Will return any opportunity I have! Villas is great for families or friends. View spectactular. Rooms comfy. Staff friendly. Only 1 down side - units needs some work. Lots of appliances been run down by malicious ware and tear by previous guests. Also housekeeping not up to standard regarding utensils and cleanliness of stoep and entrance areas

We received a warm welcome. Rooms were well cleaned and kept in good condition. Everything we needed was avaiable for usage. I was especially amazed that even the hair dryer which was not secured was still there. Gardens and pool areas are in splendid condition. Location is perfect for exploring surrounding areas and nearby amenities.

Great location and well laid out resort. Staff showed us half way to our room??? Very nice room with kitchen, dining room and lounge with large balcony. Problem was room smelt of damp. A humidifier was put in the room to mask the smell but it just made it worse. On top of this the bed had a torn sheet. Hotel was not busy, why give a substandard damp room?

Grosses Zimmer oder besser Apartment. Leider etwas laut da Zimmer teilweise auf Innenhof raus, durch den alle anderen Gäste auch gehen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Kein WLAN im Zimmer sondern nur in Lobby und bei Rezeption.

Overall the premises is lovely especially when traveling with the family, there is plenty of activities for the kids. The service was great and enjoyed the restaurants in the premises, only thing I could say was a disappointment are the rooms were not that clean and the bathroom had a bad smell.

Bra övernattning innan vi skulle vidare. Väldigt trevlig personal och dom uppgraderade oss till ett större rum med eget kök. Hade inte stannat en längre period men bra för en natt eller två.

Convenient and Nice
Unfortunately, we only had an opportunity to stay for one night. During the stay, we were able to enjoy a beautiful room one the first floor, with a patio door that opened towards a walkway to the pool. The room was very clean, but the walls were pretty thin and we could hear the next door neighbor for half the night. Parking was very secure with gated security entrance and the greeters were very friendly.

Quartos muito confortáveis e limpos. Bonito local e boa localização. Ponto negativo foi descobrir que no quarto não há wifi, apesar de o anúncio na Expedia dizer que o wifi é disponível. Ao se chegar no hotel fui informado que o wifi só funciona nas áreas comuns. O restaurante deixa a desejar, por conta do atendimento e qualidade da comida.

Great accommodation, although lacking essentials
The accommodation and service was amazing. But for a self catering setup it lacked any kitchen utensils or food prep equipment, just two glasses, two cups and a kettle. Such a shame as has so much potential.

Hotel gut, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage 0allerdings weit ab vom Zentrum. Essen gab es leider nur als Büffet, was uns aber geschmacklich nicht überzeugte. Die Warmgerichte waren alle eher lau.

had difficulties with our booking, which the staff very graciously helped us to handle. also helped us book our shark cage diving at the front desk. although breakfast was not included, it was one of the best that we had during our visit in south africa. rooms were very spacious. beds were comfortable. nice, serene courtyard area. had some difficulties connecting to the wifi in our room. overall, really happy to have stayed here.

Mooi hotel aan de lagune van Knysna
Mooi hotel, grote kamer. In verhouding een kleine badkamer met een douchedeur die maar half open kon anders kwam de glazendeur tegen het handdoekenrek. Het was voor ons niet mogelijk om de wifi te ontvangen, ook na verschillende pogingen. Weinig ligbedden besckibaar rond het zwembad.

wonderful hotel
Wonderful overnight stay at the hotel, really would recommend this hotel to anybody travelling on the garden route and would consider stopping at knysna. Very clean and spacious rooms. Rooms face pool or garden so either way lovely views. Hotel located in a very secure area. Friendly staff who were helpful especially at the front desk except for one person who's name i wouldn't like to disclose. I actually had to deal with her because she is part of the management team there in the hotel. Overall we had a lovely time and would defenitely come back again

Excellent location for day trips. Hotel was very comfortable with a good size pool and the food was very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel modern. Zimmer leider etwas hellhörig. ReiseGruppen machen einen großen Geräuschpegel durch Koffer rollen über den Flur vor allem am Morgen so das man zwangsweise wach wird. ansonsten moderne Unterkunft.
