정말 최악이었음. 객실이 너무 습하고 냄새가 남 ㅡㅡ 정글에서 자는 기분이었음, 아무도 영어를 하지못하고, 영어로 머든 요청하려면 전화를 끊어버림. Such a bad hotel. Service and room quality. HUMID EVERYWHERE AND BAD SMELL IN ROOM LIKE A TOILET (((((( No english speaking in reception. They asked me why you cannot speak spanish. OMG!!!!!! Breakfast is just coffee with eggs. Fixed menu. If you want more juice or yogurt you need to pay.

Excelente ubicación, muchos lugares a pie cercanos, la barra libre de cerveza que te incluye es un plus, tiene un concepto lleno de maniquíes pero es raro y a la vez divertido. Si eres relajado y no exigente este hotel es una buena opción. Pero no lo considero familiar ni para adulto mayor. Las habitaciones muy amplias, la cama regular y si tienes sueño ligero pide habitaciones de en medio que ae escucha todo el relajo de los bares cercanos.

Such a nice hotel in Playa Del Carmen. Staff is very friendly. Natalia was great. She helped with everything we needed. Room is unique, sexy and comfortable. Rooftop is such a vibe! Loved the Open Bar on beers. Close to 5th Ave which is close to everything.

Al reservar EXPEDIA ofrece “estrictas medidas de seguridad, limpieza e higiene para darle la más segura bienvenida”, hotel con VIP Access, 3.5 estrellas y es todo lo contrario. No existe un control de limpieza en ninguna parte de las instalaciones, las albercas están asquerosas llenas de grasa, basura y hongo, hay basura tirada en el piso por todos lados, los baños son desagradables, sin papel, sin iluminación y con mal olor. La habitación tenía toallas manchadas, el aire condicionado lleno de polvo y moho, las cortinas rotas y mal colocadas, la silla sin cojín, el minibar sucio, el balcón lleno de basura como si no se hubiera revisado en días, la puerta corrediza no cierra, la manija de la regadera estaba rota y la ducha aún tenía restos de jabón del huésped anterior. Las bebidas que ofrecen aunque tengan costo son de malísima calidad. A pesar de que cuenta con estacionamiento disponible, en recepción te indican que debes pagar para apartar un espacio (esta es una de las principales razones por las que reservé este hotel y en ningún lugar indica que tiene costo adicional) tanto en su página web como en EXPEDIA se indica que el check out es a las 12pm y a las 11 am ya están pidiendo que te retires, adicional a eso al entregar la habitación no te puedes retirar hasta que alguien sube a revisar, nada profesional ese trato al huésped. Lo único agradable fue el staff de bar en rooftop y la persona que sirve el desayuno, muy amables. NO LO RECOMENDARÍA A NADIE!

Referente a la distinción del VIP ACCESS nosotros en Reina Roja Hotel entregamos una botella de vino en la habitación. ¿Queremos preguntarle si esta misma le fue entregada?Con relación a la limpieza, mantenimiento y área de alimentos y bebidas, agradecemos que nos comparta esta información ya que nos ayuda a saber que áreas estamos descuidando y con esto podremos hacer mejoras en nuestras instalaciones y servicio. Respecto al área de estacionamiento queremos comentarle que si viene marcada la información en la plataforma de Expedia en la sección "Servicios de la propiedad" en la cual indicamos que el costo es de 10 USD por día.También en la plataforma de Expedia en el apartado "Politicas" podrá encontrar que el horario del check in es a las 3pm y el check out a las 11am. Así como que contamos con la opción de Late Check Out por 20 USD adicionales. Nosotros ponemos toda la información en la plataforma para que esté al alcance de los huéspedes y la puedan conocer antes de hacer su reserva. Finalmente, la revisión de habitaciones se hace por seguridad de ustes para revisar que no haya olvidado nada. Este procedimiento se lleva a cabo en muchos hoteles. En relación al aseo de la habitación también es correcto, el hotel es un hotel eco friendly por lo que hacemos limpieza de las habitaciones sólo si el huésped lo solicita y esta información se brinda al momento del check in. Quedamos como siempre a tus órdenes.

The property itself was dilapidated and not maintained at all with floor boards popping out when you walk in upon entry. The lobby bathroom was poorly lit and did not have paper towels in the dispensers. The shower had practically no real pressure so it did not feel like a real shower. The toilet did not have proper pressure either for flushing as you had to hold the button down to flush all the way. The room had a mildew smell to it. I will not be looking to stay there again or refer my friends.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. From the get go we had issues with plumbing in our room. We repeatedly told them about this, they’d come, but it was never actually fixed. We were eventually given a bucket to fill up the toilet tank with our bathroom sick. Finally we just had to ask for a new room. The pool was occasionally closed randomly which was unfortunate and is due for an upgrade. The policy is that you have to ask daily for a room cleaning at reception, which wasn’t an issue. It was just that a couple of times the cleaning never happened. Going to the beach daily you’re bound to bring in some sand and it would’ve been nice to have our room cleaned every time we had asked for it. It wasn’t all bad. The staff was kind and the location is amazing. The price was great too.

Chambre vraiment bien, service à la piscine également. Petit bémotl est: Service pourri au petit déjeuner, c'est un buffet et quand c'est vide, ils attendent que les clients demande au lieu de refaire le plein, exemple cafetière vide, aucun café refait si on ne le demande pas, plateau d'ustensil vide, rien est fait tant et aussi longtemps qu'un client le mentionne etc..... Les employés préfères être sur leur cellulaire au lieu de s'assurer qu'il ne manque rien.

Don’t do it reconsider
This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Luckily it was only for 1 night this time. The 1st time was decent which is why I decided to book again. This time was horrible! I’ll never book here again. The extra resort fee is ridiculous because there’s no pool, the bar is a joke and the breakfast they serve runs out fast because it’s not much of anything. The rooms aren’t clean. We had a line of ants on the side of our bed and some in our bed. We asked to move rooms. They refused and instead came up to spray our room and bed with BUG SPRAY. As if those weren’t the sheets we had to sleep in. It was just horrible and I would not recommend.

This hotel is in a great area! Number one advantage. We stayed in the junior sweet which was relatively nice- I have no complaints about the room. The hotel itself is very dark to give a more sensual feel. Day 1 we immediately questioned if it was more of a hotel for sensual encounters- I am confident that is the overall purpose of this hotel. We did not partake in that side of it, nor did we have any issues in that realm. But it is very obvious what this hotels theme is.

The room was horrible. Dead fly on my bed. My sister room was full of ants. Ants was in the bed. The hallway are very dark and scary. This hotel new a total make over. The vibe is creepy and scary. Very gothic, There was no face towels. I would not recommend this hotel, not even for a dog to stay. It's dirty and horrible

Hotel muy deteriorado
Al llegar no respetaron la tarifa con la que yo había hecho la reservación y hubo que hablar con el gerente y hacer un ajuste. De mi estancia de 4 noches 5 días, conocí 4 habitaciones y las 4 con desperfectos. La primera descompuesto el A/c, nos movieron y a la segunda faltaban focos y otros estaban fundidos, nos moverían a la tercera pero no servía el baño y al movernos a la cuarta no le servía el ventilador. Si bien la mayoría del personal muy amable (a excepción del guardia nocturno muy grosero) el hotel realmente está en pésimas condiciones. Los baños de mujeres de recepción no sirven (1 con letrero de fuera de servicio, uno se encontraba cerrado con seguro y el tercero no tenía agua el tanque). Uno de los 2 elevadores se encontraba fuera de servicio, nos ofrecieron un café en el buffet incluido y resulta que nos lo cobraron porque no estaba incluido y jamás nos comentaron al ofrecerlo. Nos dieron una botella de cortesía por parte de Hoteles.com y ni siquiera contaban con saca corchos en el hotel, por lo que fue un problema abrirla. En general el hotel está en mal estado, las “jardineras” con agua que tenía el hotel están inactivas y puedo decir que perdió la esencia. Lo único rescatable es su personal (salvo el guardia grosero) los chavos de recepción muy amables, los chavos del desayuno y la barra excelentes, el supervisor Oscar muy atento. Al gerente Victor no lo conocí porque aparentemente siempre estuvo ocupado. Me quedo con un muy mal sabor de boca.

They charge you an additional $15 a day which includes “free” breakfast and “drinks”. Ok, so breakfast is mediocre and the people there they barely give you something… not much though.. you have to keep asking. You know, you can have a breakfast beautiful and full with everything for $15. I haven’t seen any free drinks, the pool area on the building is not maintained and chairs have mold, so I wouldn’t recommend. I won’t be back. I liked but for this price, you can find better options. Also it is very close to 5th ave, but the music is so loud and you can’t sleep. Then a lot of noise from drank people yelling right under your balcony. Also, lots of cars that make huge noises….My room was ok, but I know I can get for the same money, something much better. Besides this, everything is so expensive,, almost 3 times more. They look at us, tourists, like you are a walking ATM.. so I think I won’t be going to Mexico at all.

Cuando llegue me comentaron que no tenían luz en la habitación y que me harían un reembolso de mi recervacion debido a que no me podía quedar. La gerente se comprometió a darle seguimiento a mi reembolso a pesar de que ya le escribí mail. No tengo ni reembolso ni respuesta por parte de nadie

Pésimo servicio. Nos dieron una llave de una habitación ya ocupada!!! Y regresamos y nos dieron que no estaba en sus sistema ocupado. Nos cobraron 15 dls por persona para una barra libre que es obligatorio! Y qué en la página decía esta información y solo nos enviaron un correo una vez ya hecha la reserva está muy mal. Pésima atención del recepcionista, la seguridad no existe en el hotel, cualquier persona puede entrar al hotel, las instalaciones están muy descuidadas , los cuartos les falta mucho mantenimiento. Muy feo cero recomendable

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA....
Pésimo Servicio del personal en recepción, cero empatia y criterio para el huésped, el check in... son tan centaveros que ni a las 2:59 pm te entregan la habitación por no darte tiempo extra de tu estancia .... TARIFA DIFERENTE A LA QUE RESERVA... te agregan un cobro sin prguntar.. por concepto de barra libre que segun es de 12 de medio dia a las 6pm.. pero como no puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones por que no haces el check in. pues es complicado... segun cuentan con Club de Playa.. te cobran un consumo minimo de 500 Pp.. para poder usar los camastros... y lo peor de TODO, NO TIENEN AGUA CALIENTE EN EL PISO 3... y el de recepción te dice que si quieres puede pedirle a alguien de del piso 1 o 2 que nos prestara su regadera ... JAJAJAJAJ PESIMA EXPERIENCIA NO LO RECOMIENDO

No te hacen la limpieza diario, nos cobraron el estacionamiento. Nos cobraron aparte el desayuno, nada barato. En el desayuno lo mismo todos los días y si llegas mas tarde ya no hay comida, solo lo que sobra. Y nadie se hace responsable si les reclamas.

HORRIBLE HOTEL
Do NOT book at this hotel. It is under-staffed, not prepared for customer reservations and extremely unprofessional. More importantly, unless you plan not to sleep until 2am every night then you will not get any rest at this hotel.

La ubicación es muy buena, el tamaño de la habitación es muy cómodo. Las almohadas nos son comodonas y las camas son muy firmes.

El precio está muy bien, pero el hotel está súper descuidado, no salía la regadera bien, la taza del baño ni servía, muchísima humedad, ya no es lo que antes era…. Y qué lástima porque la ubicación es súper bonita

La ubicación de la propiedad es muy buena, la habitación en buen estado, el baño necesita algo de mantenimiento pero en general bien. En tercer piso algo de ruido durante el día por las fiestas en la azotea, conozco la zona y sabia de esto pero quizás pudieran informarlo previo a la llegada para clientes que no lo saben
