It was located in a beautifully quiet area. The cabins were well taken care of. It was cozy and relaxing. The owners are friendly, helpful, and polite. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Feel Unwelcome
It was okay, just what you expect from a cabin in the mountains. Rustic yes and very dated but it was comfortable. However the posted warning signs and $20 charges for not recycling, for not doing the dishes and another sign about smoking left me feeling very unwelcome. There are friendly ways of informing guests of those things without threats. I would not return.

This is a mom and pop place and very friendly. They waited up for us when we arrived late. It's near the road and easy to find, but our cabin was very quiet. This is basic accommodations -- it was small but very clean and the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal! There were three power strips mounted on the walls so we had plenty of connections for chargers. The wifi was pretty good -- strong, but required occasional reconnecting.

room was g reat. little old but everything was very clean. small stove, microwave and frig all there to help save money on meals. We had the two queen beds and a pull out sofa which was great because we had our 6yr. twin grandsons and they were able to watch their cartoons in the living room and fall asleep while i was in the other bedroom and i didnt disturb them. Owner was very friendly and came to show us how to use the games in the game room. Would stay there again. We even vacumed before we left because you know how little boys can be hahaha.

I think the cabin was the cleanest I've ever had a room.It was beyond spotless.The gentleman in the office was extremely nice. I would stay there again.

I really liked Patio Motor Court- it was charming, the owner was helpful and friendly. The shower was GREAT, and the in -room Renault heater was great- could set it to temperature. Nice and warm- could dry off my wet mittens. ( It did make some noise at night though) I really liked having the carport as well- less clearing off of the car. Cute porch and kitchen, the bed was comfortable. I was there for a Nordic ski race and it was perfect. It is very close ( ? 6 miles) to both the downhill mountain and the wonderful Bretton Woods Nordic trails. The owner sells lift tickets for downhill - I think at a discount. Less than half the cost of nearby hotels. The room was cozy- good for one or two people, the decor was classic - and quaint- not fancy. , little kitchen was not modern but would suffice- microwave, coffee maker, stove top and minifridge ( did not use stove or fridge). BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you- but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, cozy, friendly place with a carport close to the Mountain or Nordic Trails- this was ideal. Thanks!!

Basic Cabins
This was exactly what I expected - clean and comfortable but very few amenities and not much in the local area. Hard to beat the price when all you need is a place to sleep.

Great hotel for the value!
Few minutes away from Breton Woods, it is an excellent affordable choice if you are planning on going skiing there. It is basic, but comfortable, very clean, great hot shower, and great heating (which is critical on a 3 degrees Farenheit night!). Great option for the values!

Met our needs quite well
This is not a fancy place, but we are not into that. Not much in way of meals close, but we managed ok. Quite and comfortable. Handy to COG Railway .

Get away to the mtns
Booked this for a weekend getaway with my girl. Dated on first view. Typical Great North Woods accommodations. Pleasent owner/operator. Great peaceful place to stay among the most beautiful mountains on the east coast.. recommended.

Our stay was nice. I enjoyed the hands off atmosphere as far as housekeeping (they clean before and after your stay). The accommodation is close enough to stores and other attractions without being right in the middle of everything, very peaceful. Will most definitely be returning.

Quaint little cabins extremely clean and comfortable. Owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us and make our two children happy.

Second year in a row coming here. Great little cabins with kitchenettes, super clean, and friendly, accommodating owners. Have only been here in the winter but would love to come back in the summer. Great property.

Modest but very pleasing and adequate for my needs
Patio is a lovely and loved older era 'motel' as I enjoyed when I was a child. I was a single female visiting for the first time in the autumn of this year . . . I felt welcomed by the staff, safe and valued the clean environment that was very comfortable for me.

Horrible front desk service, disrespectful
Daughters wedding in NH, was never told that I needed the credit card that I reserved room with. I used my dads card and paid him cash, was led to believe it was already paid for by Expedia never informed to pay when arrived. Staff at hotel made me feel like a crook when trying to resolve this issue by getting card # over phone from my Dad. Saying it was wrong card when he couldn't understand her Russian accent! I was extremely upset and felt violated! she was absolutely no help and ignorant! I will never use Expedia nor this hotel again! I ended up having to find another hotel and pay AGAIN! This experience almost completely ruined my daughters wedding!

Nice but dated
So, this motel was just okay. It's a throw back to the 70's. They really need to update their bedspreads, curtains, mattresses and trim back the bushes that are consuming the cabins. The cabin was very clean! They are just very, very dated. I did not use the kitchenette. It was a place to lay my head at night. Thankfully, I was not on vacation, just a work conference.

Everything you need - done FRUGALLY!
All rooms are actually duplex cabins. The room itself is non-smoking but the front entrance of each unit is a designated smoking area VERY private and concealed by shrubs so we felt very relaxed each day around 4:20 We used this place as an inexpensive way to enjoy the ATV trails at nearby Jericho Mountain. It takes 30-45 mins to get to Jericho from here depending where you park to access trails.

4 am wake up call
Got to hotel at 4 am and had to wake the private owner up out of bed, his computer wasn't working and his credit card reader also failed, because I made my reservation on hotels.com he couldn't see the payment, after begging him to let me stay, and assuring him that I had made a reservation, and paid for said reservation, he reluctantly gave me a cabin key. Upon getting to my room, I immediately went to sleep without turning on a single light, check out was at ten but I woke up at 8 used their tiny bathroom, took a shower, and left without even looking around. Overall, I can't tell you much about how it looked, I can tell you the room was frigid cold when I got there. It took until I left to get warm.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
We arrived late Friday and got up early to go to our event. Got back to room and wanted to take a shower. No hot water. Tried to phone desk. Phone didn't work. Refrigerator either wasn't working or wasn't plugged in for our stay. There must have been dogs in the room before because my husband is severely allergic and suffered through the 2-night stay. Nothing was said in original booking information that pets were allowed. Icing on the cake: animals running around in the walls and we were situated right by the busy road (Route 3.) Outdated, run-down, overpriced. It was a nightmare. We were charged $112 per night. Barely worth $12 a night for a bed and a toilet.

definite motor court motel
I haven't stayed in a motor court since I was a child. Did not know that they didn't provide new towels or bus the room daily. Would have been nice to have that on the website. When I called to ask about it they were rude and said that some places don't even provide sheets. When I called to confirm the motel room and that I would be late, they answered the phone "yeah". All that being said, the room was clean except the drinking glasses. I wouldn't stay again

Stayed one night in September, 2012 as it was the only one that responded by email. As it was late in the 'season', we were the only one's there, but it was very comfortable with a full kitchen.

the pool was not open and it was memorial day weekend. the jacuzzi was broken. the grounds were not mowed, in places the grass was knee high. the fridge in our room was not turned on upon our arrival. no toilet paper in the room. the fabric of the chair in our room had stains on it. the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet there.

Don't expect the latest styles, but it has charm
This is one of the classic older motels with the little cabins. Mine was a duplex - someone else stayed in the (completely walled off) other side. There is a little kitchenette, but I had to move the coffee maker to a window ledge to reach the electric socket. There was a mixed bag of mixed-age dishes and cooking utensiles - but they were clean. I hadn't planned to cook more than coffee. The enclosed porch was an unexpected treat. The bed and bathroom were just fine. The woman at the desk was very nice and helped me find dinner in the off season. Not all of the modern ammenities, far from luxury, but I would stay there again; I liked the little step back in time.
